Hi Jenn, I saw you reported your book. I have the file with the other books on my work computer, so I'll let you know what they were on Monday. Sorry for the delay!

Haha that’s awesome Peggy lol and no worries, I am curious but I have a busy weekend and six books already in progress 🤦♀️ I think I can wait lol
Rusalka - sorry it wasn't your cup of tea. I think my favorite things about Du Maurier is how atmospheric her writing is and how you don't know who to trust. Here were the other choices :)Book 2 - was Eleanor & Park
-
-Young Love
-Oddballs
Book 3 - was Terra Nullius
-Australia
-Sci Fi
-Dystopia
-TWIST!
Book 4 - was Educated
-Memoir
-Idaho Survivalists
-Homeschooling
Book 5 was Dandelion Wine
-Classic
-Small Town
-1920s
-Magical Realism
Also, I just realized that though I meant to type 1980s music I accidentally put 90s - I hope that didn't mess with your choice :) It is 80s - and adorable. I wish I typed better!

Don't be sorry at all! I'm glad I read it, and thanks for giving me the push. It's been sitting on the shelf for a long time.
And I agree with the not sure who the trustworthy characters are. I am still planning on picking up something else she's written, as I definitely think there is potential there for an awesome book. Just wasn't this one for me.

I wish I typed better!"Not at all. I did think it was another book from the 90s, but I had no idea that Eleanor and Park was in the 80s or was to do with music. So I have learnt something else! The description of Rebecca was too good, it was going to take a lot to push me past that one ;)
