SOLVED. Elementary/Middle School Children’s Scary Short Stories. [s]

A collection of 3-4 short stories. I read it in third grade, around 2010-2011. There was a black cat on the front cover with maybe a green lantern or green lights in the background. All I remember from the short stories is:

1. A kid befriends a weird girl at his school and goes on a truth or dare type game. He agrees to face his fear or something, and ends up locked in a chest in a pit at a construction site for a few days with a note from the girl.

2. Something where a girl passes by a group of cats who live with a weird neighbor all the time. I think she might break into the home? By the end, the girl ends up turning into a cat.

3. A girl babysits. She is told, “Don’t wake the baby.” Something strange happens at the end... maybe there is no baby, just an empty crib and a record player making sounds?

This is just bothering me because I remember reading it in third grade. I’m trying to find the book again. Thanks in advance! :)
