I mean you see. A is basically polite and respectful so they will understand if you reject. Also they'll not refill the gas if it runs out.

But B, here just like you said, won't understand if you reject them, so can form a dispute. But they'll take care of it, refill gas, clean it... So, I'd go with B unless and until I'm not willing to take the risk
