What Should We Read in October 2021?

It's almost October, the month of Halloween - a perfect time to read a spooky, mysterious or thriller book.

Does anyone have any good titles in mind?

I can add And Then There Were None and The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires to our poll - they are both available as ebooks and eaudiobooks and as books and books on CD through MidHudson Library System.

Unfortunately, Ghosts of Harvard isn't available as an ebook or eaudiobook; there aren't any books on CD in our system, and there are limited copies of the book available. So I don't think it would be a viable title for this month.

Does anyone else have any suggestions for October?

Ooh perf I’m reading the southern book club in October for a Litsy scarathlon. Regardless anything halloween related or supernatural is good for me since it will count for that 💜

Yes, October is a great time to read all of that good stuff. All year I wait to read them and when the time comes I can’t think of the ones I wanted to read 😂
