SOLVED. Horror short story - Strange house party. [s]

Hello, This strange story concerns a bizarre, unsettling house/dinner party in an isolated, woodsy area. A young couple arrives and are welcomed by an ordinary assortment of guests. Still, something seems off. Perhaps it's the house itself--large and modern, yet far from any neighbors. The house has dark corners and shadowy areas. As the young couple wanders through the rooms, they come across a collection of specimens ( maybe young human children, I don't recall) in large jars of formaldahyde. I'm afraid I don't recall any other details. I'd say this is a fairly modern short story, probably published within the past 50 years.
