We're doing really well :)
Tomorrow I will take a closer look at the spreadsheet and we can maybe strategise a bit.

I'll have the black and white cover covered (heh) by Sunday easily, and maybe have an option for a fiery character? As I am reading Obama's memoir and it has plenty of references to fiery people throughout.

Finished it last night as I couldn't put the book down. Ilona Andrews' books are just too addictive.
And so, the first thing I did when I woke up this morning is to start on the next book. I don't think I can rest until I finish the entire series.

River of Shadows, that I'm reading works for the beginnings of a new dragon or ogre, and the audiobook I'm listening to, Mærkelige Mynthe, works for a new banshee or wraith. I'll finish both those within the readathon.
Happy reading day everyone!

I also finished Symona's Still Single yesterday and put it down for 'orange cover'.

I'll go ahead & try to finish The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History before the end of the readathon so we can try to secure at least 3 dragons.

I have work tomorrow (saturday) and my mother-in-laws birthday on sunday, but I'll still get some time to read (though not as much as I would like).

I also completed A Promised Land which I put under a giant book, but can move it to a couple other places if needed.

:D

I just checked, someone has done it :)

Would you not agree that daylight from a window is a light source?

If you agree, I'll put it for light source, finish my short animal print book, and we are well on our way to having two more dragons before the end of a readathon (and thus enhancing our chances of surviving in Westeros greatly, as Elli pointed out ;) )
ETA: I'll just ask Emily :)

I'm planning to read The Eyre Affair and it could fit 2 Ogre prompts (A book with a green cover & A book whose title starts with a letter found in OGRE) & 1 Dragon prompt (A book starting with a letter in the word NORBERT). Will put it in where it is needed most when I've finish reading.
Hope this helps somewhat..
On a sidenote, I'm 60% done with The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History which can be used for 2 dragon prompts~ Will finish it by tomorrow~

I've tried to look over the last days' comments. I got confused to exactly where people are ...
But I agree we should go for more dragons, and it seems not too many are reading books with red or orange covers. So possibly that?

Wraith
- A paranormal book
- A book with a black and white cover
Ogre
- A book whose title starts with a letter in OGRE
Dragon
- A book with a source of light on the cover
- A book with animal print on the cover
It looks like we have options in progress for all of these but it doesn't hurt to have more than one person working on them just in case!

Happy reading!

Will also stick around of course to shuffle my book places if need be :).

I'll be able to finish River of Shadows, it works for Norbert and fiery character (there are several) for the dragon.
If those are taken by the time I'm finished it also works for Ogre and 500+ pages.
Let's prioritise filling up the dragon prompts if possible, and then I'll keep an eye on what we can move around, when we're nearing the end of the last person's sunday, to see if we can round up the loose prompts into an extra monster.
Happy last readathon day everyone!

I'll finish reading in 12 to 13 hours depending on how late I stay up and will log everything before I start work in 22 hours.

This book works for NORBERT/ORGE or a green cover.

Thank you Team Westeros! It's been a really fun readathon.
Good night!

Thanks for making this a great week of reading. I always enjoy these weeks but my goodness they are fast. Well till next time, Happy Reading!
