41% - This is pretty good!! It's suspenseful and interesting and I like the characters. (view spoiler)[ I actually really like Simon and I get the feeling something is brewing inside of him (feelings) towards Meg.. The whole blood prophecy thing is crazy! It makes me cringe (hide spoiler)]

I read mine on audio which means I didn't have the map thats at the beginning I think it would have been very interesting to see as it is an alternate earth.
There are so many secondary characters that are brought into this story its so nice when an author can do that. I have a soft spot for the crows :)

I will bite my tongue and not tell you if she does. I will say I loved this books so much a grabbed the second book and read it straight after. Now I have the 3rd book. Its killing me to hold of but I hope to get a buddy read for it if anyone likes the series.
My intent is to catch up on this series before the new book comes out in March, so I will definitely read book 3 with you, although it might take me a week or so to get there :-)

I wanted to read the book last month but could not get the book. So I am happy to read it this month.

There are already threads for Murder of Crows and Vision in Silver that would just need to be reset. Marked in Flesh doesn't have one though. :)

Berit is not quite there yet so it might be better to put that in spoilers. :)

This just came to me, but I always thought of shifters being born as human and then shifting, not the other way around...And don't worry about that not being in spoilers, it was very cryptic, so I really don't know what you meant, and it didn't ruin anything :-)

That is 99% of what I've encountered as well and I read a lot of shapeshifter books. :)

I always thought that as well. It is interesting to see it the other way around.
