The Last Chronicle of Barset question

I read the first five volumes of Trollope's 'Barchester' series, and loved every word; however, personal problems stopped me reading the 'Last Chronicle' for a long while. I only reached Chap VI: how far back do I need to go in the series to 'catch up'? Many thanks in advance. P.
