Menage MMF possibly mafia or some crime family part of a series

This book was in a series. Spoiler: the book before this was a dark romance possibly mafia or bratva that ended with the heroin giving birth to a son. Another mob boss or maybe it was a underboss also had a son around the same time. When they were visiting after the birth they put the sons in the same bassinet. When they were leaving I think the baby's started to fuss and the dad's looked at each other and a silent message passed between them. You find out in the next book that the sons are going to share the same girl. At the beginning of the book I think the girl loses a family member. After the funeral she goes to the house to tell the mafia family she is going to fly home and take care of what was left to her and then come back. She was lying and had no intention of returning. The mafia family said she was welcome to stay. She goes home to pack her bags and fly out when the two boys (the sons of the Mafia family) that were the babies born at the same time in the last book tell her she isn't leaving and stop her from packing by having sex with her. The heroines name might start with a p? I never got to read the book this was just the preview at the end of the other book. I want to say the book was published in the last 5 years but could be dead wrong.
