Love for the Cold-Blooded, or The Part-Time Evil Minion's Guide to Accidentally Dating a Superhero
Rating: 4 stars
Review:
Pat works as a night managert for a superhero. One night, said superhero asks for someone to be sent up. Pat goes himself, without realizing what Nicholas is asking for. When they meet again as Silver Paladin rescues him, Pat makes an impression. After Nicholas returns items Pat lost, the two get to know one another. Except that Nicholas doesn't know Pat is his night house manager, or that Pat is a part time Minion to villains, in a rotation he shares with his sisters. Because Pat has another secret that he's keeping from Nicholas, and this one might drive them apart forever.
This was cute. I read it with a smile on my face. Pat was adorable, and Nicholas was completely clueless about the real world. He knows he likes Pat, though, even though Pat doesn't do everything he can to make Nicholas' life easy. The fact that Pat has his own opinions and ambitions seem to be a big plus for Nicholas. I think my only quibble was that it seemed to drag a little, although I don't know what could have been cut, looking back. Just all around fun.

This was an adorable book. It literally had a lot of my favorite tropes: enemies to lovers, fake dating, grumpy/sunshine.
I loved how different Elle and Darcy were and yet you can feel their chemistry and attraction to each other's. I really found Elle's character very relatable which made me love it even more.
Their story was just so sweet.
I'm not someone who believes that much in astrology but i actually enjoy reading about it.
I think that if you're looking for a sweet, fun adorable sapphic romance, you'll like this one because it's very heartwarming and i really enjoyed it.

Review:
Gray is a polar bear shifter and works part-time as a stripper. One night he fulfills one of his fantasies by stripping while he is in his heat. A few bikers pay for the privilege of taking Gray to a back room and having sex with him. Gray spends the night with 2 of them, Revv and Chris, who are a couple. Gray doesn't do anything with couples anymore, but there is something about the two of them that just speaks to him. When Chris and Revv leave for their home in California, they ask Gray to come with them for the week so that they can have more time together. Gray does, and the sexual hijinks commence.
It is rare for me to read a book about a ménage withou feeling sorry for one of the participants, especially with an established couple, but I completely believed this one. Everyone just worked so well together. I also felt as though the poly aspect of it was believable, and I didn't feel sorry for anyone for being poly but get shorted within the aspect of the story. All in all, I enjoyed it. There is sort of a cliff hanger, but it's not anything that made me antsy because I don't have the rest of the story right here, right now. I mean, I'm eager for it, but it feels more like an extension of their story, and not a cliff hanger per se.

Texas! Chase
Rating: 4 stars
Review:
I can say that the subject of the book didn't attract me at first, only that I read the first book in the series and the dramatic ending there opened a curiosity in me regarding Chase's story. About halfway through the book, I started liking the story of the couple. I only saw them as friends at start and it was hard for me to figure out how it would end but everything was combined ok enough to make me like this book. I have one book more to read and I finish this trilogy.

This was another book that i started reading without having any idea what the plot was about besides the fact that it's a sport romance and i wasn't disappointed.
It took me some time to read it because it felt with a lot of heavy subjects that i maybe wasn't ready for but i still really liked.
I liked the story, the main character's chemistry was indenaible. From their first meeting and the first chapters you realize that they're meant to be.
At some point i just felt like there was too much going on and everything was kind of expected which is why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars.
But overall, i enjoyed this book, it was very sad and heartbreaking but also so good.
