Not so with WSAB!
Heyer not only writes a thrilling plot but there’s the entire last chapter that answers every question and wraps up every plot thread!
Heyer even constructs a mystery surrounding a main character. But it all ties together so beautifully!

Edit; Ok I have had a nice, strong cup of coffee & I am just about to put up the poll!
The Convenient marriage & Beauvallet have both only been read once in 2017.
Why Shoot a Butler? Has never been read by this group. It is the last one (other than some of GH's suppressed titles) that we have to do.

I'm looking forward to seeing what is chosen! :)
Here is the poll. https://www.goodreads.com/poll/list/1...

As Critterbee isn't well today, I'm going to make an executive decision about this! :)
As it has been slightly longer since we read Beauvallet, we will read this one first in October. Critterbee will lead.
And we will read The Corinthian in November with me leading.
December will be our catch up month. For anyone new to our group we have always had a month off group reads - usually November or December to catch up on our reads - here or elsewhere. :)

and it has been a while since I have read Corinthian, so that will be a fun read, too!

I'm calling for nominations for our October read! I will close the nominations at five books, as more than that the results are too fragmented. Please no titles read three times or more or read in 2020 & 2021.
In Message #2 Critterbee has compiled a helpful list.https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

I'm going to kick off the nominations with The Corinthian Has only been read once, back in 2018.
Looking forward to some great suggestions!
