Looking for a specific book, help!

I read this one book back in second grade..

It had parents that despite being described as overweight, fight against starwars cosplayers in their own starwars cosplay.

I think it involves stealing the oscar meyer weinermobile, and that's about all I remember.

This book has been nagging at the back of my head for a ton of time and I would really like to get to the bottom of it.
