Combine editions - duplicates

I think that this book should be combined with the new edition of the book, although it is currently listed under a different title. Here are the 2 editions:

I disagree. Here is why:

The new book appears to be more than just a second editon or revised edition, which would normally be combined.

The blurb says it is all new, with new strategies, and "picks up where the original book left off", which makes it sound more like a sequel than a revision.

The copyright page of The All New Don't Think of an Elephant!: Know Your Values and Frame the Debate says copyright 2004, 2014 & "The first edition of this book was published as Don't think of an Elephant!" per Amazon's "look inside" as well as http://www.worldcat.org/oclc/1076496522

That phrasing makes it sound more like a revised version, rather than a mostly new book.
I'm not sure what is the proper way to handle the editions, whether to combine or not.

The publisher lets you see the preface, which calls "All New" the 10th anniversary edition of "Don't Think." I think they should be combined.

The site calls it an "updated and expanded edition", which classifies as the same book (from what I understand of Goodreads policy), so I'm combining them now.
