refer to the same book. Can they be combined?
The edition I have carries ISBN 0689114869 and shows Mary Lou Kohfeldt (without Stephens, but both names appear from checking elsewhere to refer to the same person) as the author. Published 1985, Atheneum, New York. First Edition. 366 pages. Notes that was published simultaneously in Canada by McClelland and Stewart Ltd.
