Non-Romantic, modern-day Vampire book I read over 10 years.

I read this book back in HS so over 10 years. I cannot remember the title or the author or what it looked like. This book had to be published between 2000-2012.

The story goes a girl went back to a the laundromat to get her brother's bear. While there the owner and 2 people are torturing a random guy that she helps escape. And she finds out the random guy is actually a vampire hunter. The people in laundromat are hunters. She's basically stuck with the vampire guy for several days until they confront, fight, and kill the hunter guy. I remember the ending, the vampire guy got caught in the sun and she pulled him into a closet and he let her go. She basically let him there and went home. Some other specifics: 1. After the girl saves the vampire guy, he has a huge cut a d bleeds all over her dads car and he takes her to a female vampire house to clean the car out. The girl has a thought that her dad is going to notice because that seat will be cleaner than the other seats. 2. the vampire had a female vampire friend who was killed a day after his attack. 3. They go into hiding, like a tunnel or something, were he sleeps during the day and she stays up and does her homework.

I know it's alot but I'm really lost. It's a book I periodically think about it
