Unknown Paranormal Vampire book

So i'm looking for a vampire book. the plot that i remember is a young human girl (late tens-early/mid twenties) ends up going to a vampire club (they walk amongst humans). a Powerful vampire notices her as his mate and tries to find her. She is gradian to her little brother. i don't remember a lot of what happens but the vampire tracks her back to her poor apartment, i can't remember if she had been taken by an enemy or they are still there.
