History: Crying Child (C.C) is the main protagonist of the FNaF 4 end of night minigames. He may also be the player in FNAF 4. The crying child has been hinted to be the second son of William Afton and is the bite victim of the Bite Of '83. After the Bite of '83, he died at the hospital bed. It is possibly that, after his death, he possessed Golden Freddy alongside a little girl with black hair, who is called Cassidy(one of William Afton’s victims).
Fans chose a name for him, Chris. The name has not yet been confirmed. But other people choose different names from Norman, Evan, Kenny, Chuck, Kelsey, or Alex. Which are all also not confirmed. He name is theorized to be the name "Evan" with the story the real Jake due to Jake's father brother being named Michael and how he is describe. Also the name Evan appears in the security logbook. Although none of these theories are confirmed.
Crying child's death
Crying child died back in 1983 at an incident also known as the bite of '83. He had his head bit by an animatronic named Fredbear. His brother, known as foxybro(possibly Michael Afton) is the second reason of Crying child's death. Foxybro's friends helped put Crying child in Fredbear's mouth as a prank, As the boys watched and laughed the animatronic bit the crying child's frontol lobe in the animatronic jaw, which caused Fredbear's jaw let loose and slam against Crying child's head, which ended in him loosing his frontal lobe.
It is possibly that, after his death, he became the second spirit inside Golden Freddy. However, this hasn’t been confirmed yet.

History: Grew up into a farmer family and was groomed to take over the farm which he did at a much younger age than he should’ve. Taking over the farm at 13 was extremely hard on him (and it didn’t help he was an only child and his parents were dead). Not able to take care of the farm on his own, major parts fell into disrepair.
Leon’s overwhelming loneliness caused him to take it out on the water. So came Michal, an exact form of Leon but in ~water form~. Leon now has a family in his twin(and later niece). Michal helped with the farm and it was once again thriving.
Once the war started the Winters tried to keep a low profile but eventually Leon was enlisted into the war.

History: After Leon created Michal, 2 years later, he met the love of his life. After Michal closed the age gap, the love of his life really didn’t care that he was made out of water but it’s kinda hard to start a family that way so she showed him about a potion that he could become a human. They got married and had a daughter named Elora Lynn Winters. However Michal’s wife died when the war began leaving Michal to take care of their baby alone.

History: During her birthday party at Circus Baby's Pizza World, she goes against her father's wishes and approaches Circus Baby, who ends up luring her closer using ice cream, and killing her. In the minigame, it shows Baby swallowing her with what seems to be a giant claw protruding from her chest, though it could be anything. Baby says that, because the kids were screaming and cheering so loudly for the other animatronics, no one could hear her dying over their own excitement, according to Circus Baby, who told the story if the player goes against what HandUnit instructs and goes to Circus Control and under the desk on Night 3.
Real Ending
She comes to possesses the spirit of, Circus baby. During this time, the player, Michael Afton, is sent by their father to locate and free her soul. He finds and interacts with her, but is tricked into entering the scooping room where his insides are scooped out, granting Ennard access to the outside world, by wearing his skin as a decoy.
Fake Ending
In the Fake ending, Ennard tries to get at Michael in the Private Room, and uses Elizabeth's voice to emotionally bait him into giving up.
Golden Freddy V.Hard Cutscene
She is mentioned by her brother Michael Afton (who the player controls), when he is telling his father he found her, he put her back together and set her free, possibly from inside Baby. She also seems to bring Michael back to life through her voice, saying over and over..."You won't die. You won't die".
Five Nights at Freddy's 4
During the Event of Five Nights at Freddy's 4
Her room can be found in the Afton's house on Night 2, with a destroyed Mangle in the room. Some theorists also speculate that she is the girl that the crying child encounters when leaving the pizzeria in cutscene 3 of the game. In the scene, she tells him how at night the animatronics come alive and hide your body in their suits once you die.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator
Before the events of the sixth game, it is revealed that the funtimes kicked Baby out of Ennard, due to an argument, making Funtime Freddy take control of the amalgamation. With Baby (now a part of an endoskeleton that belonged with Ennard), reconstructed herself with her old body and scrap from the Circus Gallery, and became the scrap entity known as Scrap Baby. Scrap Baby and Molten Freddy would then be called to a fake pizzeria (along with Afton and Lefty).
On the final day of the shift, Scrap Baby promises her father to make him proud, by becoming a murderous person like he was. However, before Scrap Baby was about to kill her brother, she was interrupted by Henry Emily, who states the pizzeria was just a trap to lure the remaining possessed animatronics, and set the building on fire to release the souls. While the building is burning, Scrap Baby is seen struggling to get out of the corridors as the walls were closing in on her to slowly crush her. After the fire, Scrap Baby's soul, Elizabeth and her brother finally moved into the afterlife.

Personality: Elizabeth seems to be a very innocent girl who has an apparent fascination with the animatronics, most notably Circus Baby. She seems to have a child-like mentality as she marvels at Baby's ability to make ice cream and balloons she also portrays a pushy and spoiled nature repeatedly asking her father to let her see Baby. Elizabeth is shown to be disobedient when denied as she disregarded her father's commands and went close to Baby anyway, without her father's knowledge, which resulted in her tragic death and the closure of the pizzeria.
As Circus Baby, she seems to retain her childlike persona as when she was human as she couches explanations and talks about birthday parties, ice cream and playing pretend. She seems to be very distraught, confused, and sorrowful due to her situation, while showing to be cunning and manipulative like her father as she masterminded the events of the entire game making her brother trust her and cause him to fall into multiple traps which led to his demise and reanimation, although she showed a moment of slight compassion when she told Michael that the scooper only hurts for a moment. She also often talks about things that have little bearings on the current situation like ice cream birthday cakes and children showing that she maintains her child like persona when she was a human, and can also be somewhat rude and arrogant as during that same she calls her brother a dummy.
It's implied that the time she spent in the underground facility being isolated and tortured may have drove Baby to the point of insanity and caused her to be emotionally and mentally unstable.
In her scrap form, she is more violent, sadistic, and aggressive, obsessing with earning the favor of her father, William.

History: Mrs. Afton is the mother of the Afton Family, she is a unknown character and no-one knows her name, she isn't confirmed to exist by Scott. She isn't confirmed to possess Ballora, but she is believed to represent her by one of MatPat's theories, how maybe William built Ballora in his perspective of Mrs. Afton and Ballora's song. She married William Afton and had three children with him, Older Brother, Michael Afton, Crying Child (possibly named Evan Afton, according to recent theories based on “The real Jake” and on a code found in the survival logbook) and Elizabeth Afton. There is a show in FNAF called "The Immortal and The Restless" that appears in FNAF 5 after the nights. This show is about a couple of a human and vampire, Clara and Vlad. The show is about how Vlad doesn't want to be part of the family with his child, while Clara tries to convince him with true evidence that he is indeed his son, but he still denies it. This show is theorized to be based of Mrs. Afton's and William's relationship. How maybe William didn't want to be part of FoxyBro's/Michael life, while Mrs. Afton did and tries to convince him to stay. No-one knows what she looks like, but she is theorized to have blonde or ginger hair and bright green eyes like Elizabeth.

History: William Afton (also known as Purple Guy, and Dave Miller in Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes) was a serial killer, responsible for The Missing Children incident mentioned in the original games. He is the creator of the Sister Location animatronics and is the former owner of Afton Robotics Inc. and Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental. He is all around the main antagonist of the franchise, and serves as the unseen overarching antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location.
Five Nights at Freddy's
While he isn't seen or mentioned by name in Five Nights at Freddy's, his existence was implied in newspaper clippings littered throughout the game on the walls of the pizzeria, talking about his murders and implied an arrest had been made.
Five Nights at Freddy's 2
In Five Nights at Freddy's 2, William Afton can be seen in the Foxy Go! Go! Go! Minigame and the Give Cake to the Children Minigame.
In the Give Cake to the Children Minigame, William Afton appears at the near end, driving up to the child outside the door of the pizzeria and killing them before driving off, the child is Henry's daughter.
On the third playthrough, William, who killed Henry's daughter in the Give Cake to the Children minigame, is seen standing in the corner of the starting room, smiling. When Foxy approaches the children, they seem lifeless. The minigame ends with Withered Foxy's jumpscare.
Five Nights at Freddy's 3
In Five Nights at Freddy's 3. He returns as the main antagonist as Springtrap, the suit inside of which he was trapped and killed. On the first four end-of-night minigames, William will dismantle the animatronics when they attempt to go to the Safe Room. Upon attempting to enter the room, the "ERR" message will be displayed. If they do not enter the room, Purple Guy will dismantle them regardless.
On Night 5, however, the five spirits of the children he killed appear and enter the Safe Room along with Purple Guy. After chasing him for a while, he runs into the Springtrap suit. But then the spring locks in the suit malfunction due to Purple Guy's excessive motions and the moisture in the room. Purple Guy is then brutally crushed and sliced by the numerous mechanical parts lining the inside of the suit, and he slowly dies from serious injury and blood loss. The spirits disappear afterward, avenged. However, he came back 30 years after his death as Springtrap, and was more bloodthirsty than ever—he haunted Fazbear's Fright and tried to kill the night guard, who is Michael, Henry or a random unnamed person. Eventually, the attraction is caught on fire. In the newspaper, Springtrap's head can be seen when brightening up the image, giving an early hint he survived.
Five Nights at Freddy's 4
In Five Nights at Freddy's 4, he does make a cameo in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria at the end of Night 3, where, if the player goes back to the Dining Room when the man in the Fredbear suit is first seen, he appears to be helping another employee into a Spring Bonnie suit.
Sister Location
In the opening scene of Sister Location, an entrepreneur is asking him questions about the new animatronics. They inquire why certain features were added and express their concerns, but he avoids answering the specific features they refer to.
He is also the creator of the Funtime Animatronics (Assisted by an unknowing Henry) and the former owner of the Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental, and, by extension, Circus Baby's Pizza World.
It's revealed in the final Michael Afton's Cutscene that William sent his son, Michael, to his rundown factory to find his daughter, but he is 'scooped' as his sister, Baby, tricked him. Ennard took control over his body, but he manages to survive as Michael becomes a rotting corpse. He swears to find him.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator
William Afton returns as the main antagonist. It's revealed that William's old partner, Henry, lured Springtrap, Scrap Baby (Elizabeth), Molten Freddy (and by extension, the remaining parts of Ennard), and Lefty (the Puppet) to a new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Michael in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator is the manager. On Saturday, Henry burns the whole pizzeria down, while he dies in the fire. Michael decides to stay in the fire as well. Springtrap and every other animatronic die in the fire and the souls are free, as their killer is dead.
While not directly appearing, footprints that are very similar to Springtrap's can be found behind the house in Midnight Motorist's secret minigame, presumably luring away the child of the abusive father in the game.
Seen when completing the Fruity Maze game, standing next to a girl named Susie from the right is William Afton wearing the Spring Bonnie suit that he eventually was trapped in and became Springtrap he then seemingly murders Susie.
Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted
Even after being burned alive, William didn't fully give up, and returns as the main antagonist. Fazbear Entertainment, while scanning the circuit boards of animatronics, scans the circuit board of Springtrap. This causes William's soul to attach itself to the board. William's soul then becomes a virus known as Glitchtrap. Glitchtrap encounters three beta testers - Jeremy Fitzgerald from the second game, Tape Girl and the player, Vanessa. He makes Jeremy cut his face off after he descent into insanity by the virus. Tape Girl destroys her tapes, which makes Glitchtrap be destroyed into small pieces. Vanessa pretended to be a Senior IT Representative from Fazbear Entertainment to trick them into giving her full access to their company to get rid of the virus, it is revealed that Vanessa used her fake credential, "_pizzaplex" to override security protocols and allow a data packet containing Glitchtrap into the Fazbear's systems through after it was flagged as a virus.
Role in the books
William Afton is the main antagonist of the novel trilogy.
He was described as a thin man whose clothes seem big on him. It also mentioned he was once fat, but later lost weight as the years passed. He has scars on both sides of the neck and on his back from a spring-lock failure, which he managed to survive.
He is also the main antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's: Fazbear Frights anthology novel series.
He is serving as the unseen overarching antagonist of Epilogues 1, 2, 4, 5 and Fetch, the titular central character of The Man in Room 1280 and the main antagonist of Epilogues 3, 6 and 7. He may also be the unseen overarching antagonist of Coming Home and might return in Friendly Face.

Personality: His background is mostly told via silent actions within retro-graphics, or by reading between the lines throughout the games. Between his minigame presence and piecing together information gleaned from the phone calls as well as the posters in Five Nights at Freddy's.
William Afton is the textbook definition of evil. He is the murderer of the five children that sparked the downfall of Fazbear Entertainment, and started the tragic chain of events that leads players through the series. It's implied William's true motive is to gain immortality and conquer death. Judging by his actions and appearance within the games, William is cruel, cold-blooded and methodical, clearly feeling no remorse for his actions, as he was malicious enough to murder his closest friend Henry Emily's daughter Charlotte showing that Afton is more than willing to hurt his own friends to get what he wants.
As shown in every minigame, he is seen in he always smiles in a unhinged manner during his killings, showing that William is sadistic and takes joy, pleasure and pride in killing people. The Pizza Party minigame in Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted shows this in more detail as it appears to be a recreation of one of Afton's murders. "William" can be seen dancing gleefully after murdering the victim. One of William's voicelines in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator suggest that he is opportunistic, and will murder children regardless of the risks.
Heard in the opening cutscene of Sister Location, William shows a rather calm and neutral personality likely to hide his true intentions and psychotic mindset, showing that he is a manipulator and the fact that he created the Funtime Animatronics which are very advanced and technological shows that he has a genius level intellect and a talent for robotics.
His voice lines in Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery indicate that he is arrogant, boastful, and overconfident in his way of thinking and even indicates he wants his victims to to fear and respect him. This is in contrast to his subtle, poetic and calculated voice. His mannerisms are incredibly flamboyant and unhinged. It seems that William's hubris grew larger as he became more experienced as a killer, which explains his behavior in Five Nights at Freddy's 3 and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator.
Despite his cruel nature, it is implied that he at least cared for his daughter Elizabeth, as he warned her not to go near Circus Baby, knowing he programmed the animatronic to be homicidal, and it's suggested that he made Baby as a symbol of his affection to his daughter. He even orders his son Michael to free Elizabeth's soul from Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental, however, in reality, he did it most likely to punish him for accidentally killing his younger brother in FNaF 4.

History: Five Nights at Freddy's 1
Michael gets the job as a nightguard in this location, under the name Mike Schmidt, apparently trying to get free pizza.
The animatronics, believing that Michael is William, try to kill him.
Michael then sits in the office surviving with nothing but cameras, lights, and doors for 5 nights until he gets fired after being caught tampering with the animatronics, most likely because he was trying to set the souls free.
Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location
He is the technician of Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals and by extension, Circus Baby's Pizza World. He has been revealed to be the player in the final cutscene of Custom Night, where he seems to have a British accent.
In Sister Location, Michael is instructed by his father to go to the underground facilities and find his sister. This implies that William Afton is aware of the souls of the children staying behind, and knows his daughter's soul is within Circus Baby. Michael trusts his father, and goes to save his sister. On night 1, Michael arrives at Circus Baby's, and HandUnit welcomes him, showing him how to check the animatronics' stages, and if they are not in their proper places, he must shock them to put them back on their stage. Michael successfully shocks Ballora and Funtime Foxy, but fails to shock Baby.
On night 2, Michael checks Ballora and Foxy, but when he checks Baby, the controlled shocks do not work, requiring HandUnit to shut down the system. Baby begins to speak to him, and tells him to hide beneath the desk. After surviving the Bidybabs, Michael crawls through Ballora Gallery, avoiding her by listening for her music. He then reaches the Breaker Room, where he restarts all the systems while playing audio to keep Funtime Freddy from attacking him. Michael then leaves Circus Baby's.
On night 3, Michael returns, checking Ballora and Funtime Foxy. He then runs through Funtime Auditorium while avoiding Funtime Foxy. Michael reaches Parts and Service, where he performs a repair on Freddy, and catches Bon Bon in order to get Freddy's second power module. When he returns through Funtime Auditorium, Foxy attacks him, knocking him out.
On night 4, Michael wakes up in a springlock suit. Baby begins talking to him, explaining she kidnapped him. Then, two technicians enter the building, and send Ballora to the Scooping Room, where Michael is. He then gets to witness Ballora get scooped. He then has to survive an attack of Minireenas.
On night 5, Michael checks the stages, only to see two hanged technicians. He then returns through Funtime Auditorium, and enters Parts and Service, to see a lifeless Circus Baby. She explains that she is pretending and something bad happened that day. He then enters a random number sequence into a keypad that flips out off Baby's left central faceplate. After entering the passcode, Michael gets a chip from her upper arm plate so she can communicate with him after she's been scooped.
Michael sends Baby to the Scooping Room. She then instructs him to go back into Funtime Auditorium and follow her instructions. Once Michael completes Baby's instructions, he is in the Scooping Room. Baby reveals that her helping him was actually part of a plot so she could use him as a host body for Ennard.
Transformation
After beating a Custom Night on Very Hard mode, you will be greeted to a secret cutscene, which shows the events after Ennard put himself in Michael's body, replacing his organs.
In the first minigame, Michael looks like a normal man, wearing a purple shirt and blue pants. The people around him wave cheerfully.
In the second minigame, Everything is the same just with him having a minor skin color change from tan-pink to tan. The people around him continue to wave cheerfully.
In the third minigame, Michael's skin seems to be more of a green color. The first person he walks past has a bewildered expression on his face. The rest are normal, just waving cheerfully.
In the fourth minigame, Michael's skin becomes a darker greenish-brown; his eyes are also now completely black. The last three people he walks by look confused.
In the fifth minigame, he looks much more decrepit than he did in the past minigames, with a strange glowing in one eye. Everyone around him seem very concerned.
In the sixth minigame, his skin has turned a dull purple, now having a white glow in both of his eyes. He also acts to be more senile and less cheerful than he was before. There are fewer people around him and one of them is hiding behind their house in fear.
In the last minigame, he is hunched over and his skin is a dark purple color. His appearance is now very reminiscent of his father's Purple Guy form. Everyone around him has hidden behind their houses in dread.
Eventually, his body has a spasm, and he regurgitates the robotic parts belonging to Ennard into the sewer. He lies on the ground, presumably dead. The player then hears Baby's voice repeating "you won't die", and Michael gets back up while all of the Ennard's eyes show up in the sewer. Finally freeing Elizabeth, Michael's only remaining goal is to "find" William, although it's unknown what that means.
Five Nights at Freddy's 4
He's the main protagonist of the nights. His role in the minigames is unknown but he is surely one of the brothers.
Golden Freddy "Very Hard" Cutscene
After beating "Very Hard" Golden Freddy mode in Sister Location, Michael Afton, most likely right after the events of Five Nights at Freddy's 3, speaks to Springtrap.
“ Father. It's me, Michael. I did it. I found it. It was right where you said it would be. They were all there. They didn't recognize me at first but then they thought I was you. And I found her. I put her back together, just like you asked me to. She's free now. But something is wrong with me. I should be dead. But I'm not. I've been living in shadows. There is only one thing left for me to do now. I'm going to come find you... I'm going to come find you. ”
After this, Springtrap walks in for a second before the screen goes black. Looking in the background, you see the words "Fazbear's Fright."
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator
Some time after Fazbear's Fright burnt down, Michael took the job of manager of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place, in order to possibly achieve his final goal of finding and ending his father. As well as working on the Pizzeria itself, Michael was also tasked with salvaging vintage animatronics which had appeared in the back alley, supposedly for parts. The first of these was Molten Freddy. Over the next few days, these included Springtrap, Scrap Baby, and Lefty. While in his office, Michael fended off the Animatronics, by luring them with sounds.
On the final night, Mike's boss revealed that the Pizzeria was a trap for all the remaining animatronics, with Mike luring them around the labyrinth in the vents in circles. Henry praised Michael as his "brave volunteer", telling him that, while there had been a way out, he knew Michael did not want it. Henry then burnt the Pizzeria to free the souls, including Michael.
Survival Logbook
In the Survival Logbook, Michael is shown to be sarcastic, making various comments about Fazbear Entertainment's lack of safety or care for its employees. The book also shows that Michael is paranoid while on the job, suggesting that he sleeps with one eye open. When asked why he wanted the job on page six he states for the free pizza, implying that he his reasons for working are fairly simple. In the book when asked in the form of a question what he would like for his end of week bonus, he circles the money basket instead of the exotic butters that he got from Sister Location, meaning like anyone else, he would've rather had a basket of cash than any other meaningless prize, showing Michael has his prioritizes straight and is a responsible person. There are multiple scribbles in the book drawn by Michael implying he enjoys drawing and is extremely talented at it. It's implied in the book that Michael is an extremely hard worker who is desperate for cash in order to make ends meet, which is why It also stated that Michael desires to take a tropical vacation.

Personality: His background is mostly told via silent actions within retro-graphics, reading messages in red pen in the Survival Logbook, or by reading between the lines throughout the games. Between his minigame presence and piecing together information gleaned from the Survival Logbook, he is a talented artist as seen from the many drawings on the pages of the logbook drawn in red pen, and he has a bad habit of chewing bubblegum as seen on one of the questions, just like Pete from Step Closer. He is quite sarcastic as seen from numerous shrewd comments written about the company, and is also fit for exercising around the block and wanting to join a self-defense class as seen on a filled-in question.
Michael Afton's main goal is to find William, although it's unknown if he wants to kill him or not.
