2) Do not switch POV without being positive that the reader doesn't miss that change. Leave spaces and make sure the voice of each character it totally different.
3) Don't get fancy with the fonts. Double space the change. I, for one, have difficulty with some fonts and for that to work they would need to be totally different, so don't do that. If you fell that you need to make it really clear, just put their name above that section, but if you've done your work, the reader will know whose head they are in by the voice of the character.
