If you are clicking the "add new edition" and they aren't combining automatically, then you'll need to report it to staff as it's a glitch. https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
I went ahead and combined this book for you.

Hmm, no, I didn't find that method. What I've been doing is if I can't find the e-book I plug the ISBN into the search field, since sometimes it will be listed with a slight difference in the title that makes it not show up in the list of editions, so I figure that that will make certain that there is no e-book there. But they've always merged until this time. I'll try and figure out your method next time. Thanks so much - both for the hint regarding how to do it properly, and for merging these for me.
field, so I have always added it with no problem.
I like to have them listed since I hope it will encourage publishers to put them out if they know people are reading them.
Anyway, that happened today and I added an e-book edition for Dead of Winter (August Snow, #3) but it has showed up as a separate listing instead of merging as it used to do.
Is there a new process to do this? Or a process for me to fix what I may have done wrongly this time?
I don't mind doing it since I have time and I don't want to put all that on our overworked librarian group when it's something I can do easily enough. I think?
Thanks for any guidance or information.
