Hey, we're glad to have you! I definitely relate to the depression struggle... it kept me from reading for years as well. This is a very low pressure group, so you don't have to worry about deadlines or anything. We're just happy to provide a space for those who are interested! I hope you find some comfort here, and we're excited to have you join the conversation :)

I’m a 32 year old queer parent who uses she/they pronouns.
I’m a maritimer—I live in PEI, Canada with my wife and 2 young children and dog. And I’m a brewer!
I don’t have much time to sit so I listen to a lot of audiobooks but do like to have a physical book on the go. I can just listen to about 8 audiobooks in the time I can read one physical book. I almost exclusively read books about women, POC & queers. Literary fiction—leaning into speculative fiction and magical realism is generally my thing. Really love character driven stories.
Anyways, happy to talk books with everybody!

My name is Iselin, I go by she/her, are 21 y/o, and live in Norway. I am studying business law and economic, and will study a masters degree in marketing next fall.
Other than that I love reading, and my favourite books are those with the typical romance-stories. I love books about teenage-romance and high-school drama. Not a fan of fiction, unless it is Hunger Games or Divirgent! :D I would love to read more queer books, and would love some recommendations if you have! As a lesbian myself I am a huge fan of books with queer characters.
Love- Iselin

My name is Giulia, I'm 20, I go by she/her, and I’m from Italy. It's my first time joining a group here on Goodreads, so I don’t really know what to say. I love classics and fantasy books, though I don't disdain other genres. I'm looking forward to talking with everyone! I would love to hear your recommendations!

ive not posted in this group yet but i am looking forward to reading some of the books for this group this year and trying to reach my reading goals again this year.

enjoy fantasy, and crime mystery, and started to enjoy gay romance lately.

I just discovered this group and was pulled in by it's tag line--so clever and welcoming! I am super excited to have an outlet for my interest in books. None of the chipmunks around here even read [grin]! Cheers!
