Cosmos question

I’ve looked everywhere to find how to turn notifications on in iOS 14.7.1 and cannot locate it anywhere. I’ve tried the online settings under account and email and I blocked under profile I’m just about every other tab that I can fine and nothing shows me how to do that. I’ve also searched for this heading under HELP, however with no success with instructions that would actually work to include finding a link or button to change the notifications. Thank you in advance.
