Zack went back & forth, hot & cold in how he dealt with Liz as he grappled with whether to trust her or not. Could he have handled that interrupted press conference differently or was he out of options if she’d been compromised?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3501 comments He could have handled it differently. That was a major slap in Liz's face and she didn't deserve it. If he wanted to do the press conference he should have been out there in the beginning.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1812 comments Yes, Zack should have been a lot more honest with Liz than he was. Some of his actions were really hurtful and unnecessary like turning away from her and shutting her out.

The press conference where he undermined her authority in from of the reporters was totally uncalled for. He could have given her a heads up about it beforehand - it would have made no difference to the outcome if he had.

That was a really low moment for Zack. There’s keeping the info from her and then there’s humiliating her. I almost abandoned him for good here. He was not out of options and whoever devised this stupid move (yes, you Roman) should have been shut down immediately. But then, they didn’t have Liz to counsel them out of their worst inclinations.

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments That was horrible! I almost abandoned him here too, Jonetta. He could have come up with something else that didn't humiliate Liz in that public way. It just shows that without Liz guiding them, they really screwed up.

Lynn (ftbooklover) It seemed a bit immature for someone holding the office of the President of the United States.

I agree. It wasn't presidential at all.
