SOLVED. Webcomic about a man who moves to a house with a 50's ghost ( who is very sweet)

Hello! I've been looking for this webcomic I read arout 2012- 2015. It is fantasy genre with a bit of slice of life, for young adults.
It is full color, very beautifully drawn and painted, and it has a little bit of the style of "The Meek" webcomic. The story is about a man who ( I think) is a writer and moves to an old house in a small city.. He then discovered a woman living in this house, but she is a ghost, a very kind one actually, with no memory of her past and they become friends. She is blond and has a 50's vibe and clothes. For some chapters, the focus is on their relationship, but he also relates to other people on town, specially woman and develops some love interests. Also, the comic is about urban legends, such as werewolves and sirens. The colors in general are blueshy and one of the covers has the man on the front, and the blond ghost woman upside down, floating, very drama composition hehehe.

and I think the title had the name of the main character in, and I think it is one of those names that is a name of another famous author, like Edgar Allan Poe or something smaller
