Lucy Gaskin | 11 comments Ok so this is going to very vague and will mainly rely on which edition people have read but here goes. I read this book about 5-6 years ago, I remember very little of the plot and I'm not sure I even finished it but i think it was about fairies and other such magical creatures. I think there was a girl who thought she was human but stumbled upon the magical world by accident in the forest, possibly by a small stream? What I remember most is the front cover which as far as I can remember had a girl/fairy with very large slightly creepy eyes and long wavy blonde hair, I think looking towards the reader with some branches and such around her. It was quite a dark storyline as far as know. I know this is the vaguest recollection of a book anywhere but maybe someone has the book and by chance had been looking at the cover when they then saw this post, you never know :P
Thanks!!

Amanda (Elmira001) | 11 comments Could it be The Iron King (The Iron Fey, #1) by Julie Kagawa ?

Tammy ~Witching Hour Reads~ (03tammy-lynn) Your recognition sounds like Wondrous Strange (Wondrous Strange, #1) by Lesley Livingston but not the cover. So This might be a long shot.

To show the cover write "bookcover" instead of "book" in the brackets. So bookcover:Tithe|283498, you can also preview the text before you post to make sure you did it correctly ;)

Tithe (The Modern Faerie Tales, #1) by Holly Black
also this version could be it, there's no branches but there is long blonde hair: Tithe (The Modern Faerie Tales, #1) by Holly Black

Lucy Gaskin | 11 comments Ah yes I think that it is Tithe, I recognise the cover and the title rings a bell as well. Thank you so much it's been playing on my mind for ages!! I know it was in the wrong category, I couldn't work out how to move it, I'll try and move it to the possibly solved. Thank you so much!

You can also just use the "add book/author" and at the bottom of the book tab, select "cover".
