because gr is a pain a lot of the time.

ok so

you use this and between the quotation marks you put the link into them and then put in the dimentions in height between the quoation marks and the same for width

ok you click on some HTML is ok in the righthand corner and copy and paste the image link and follow my directions

so if you're on a computer, click on "(some html is ok)" then copy what it says after "image:" and post it in a reply and then delete the link and the quotation marks from what you pasted and insert an image link in that spot that you copy off of Google. Then to get it the right size you have to replace the quotations and numbers after "width" and "height" using the measurements that you see when you hover your mouse over a photos in google photos. It's really confusing but just test out some things and see if you can get it

I can't just give you the link to copy and paste, Goodreads automatically turns it into an empty image thingy
so you take the link , delete this part {width="40" height="100" alt="description"/>}
And then paste the link of your image between the quotation marks (Goodreads is still pretty terrible, ik)
