I read this book around 7-8 years ago. I remember vaguely finding it in the library along with other fantasy novels/series surrounding it.

I remember a specific scene of the book was when they were both stuck in the middle of the ocean and got hungry and they were eating some crackers where only eating a little bit of it can make you full. Sorry for such little details!
