Or perhaps you like everyone else could have read the bovine waste that's called The Fault in Our Stars and join in the Crying Club.

I am putting a tick against just one box with The Namesake. The one I wrote in bold. While I am stating what other boxes could have been ticked. But they are not because what's the fun in that then?

call it waste or whatever. no crying though no book or movie ever made me cry but i love this book.

book by author you never read before. Ocean at the end of the lane
Book set during Christmas time. Let it snow
Graphic novel. Sage vol 1-18

crying maybe read that i considered emotional my most.
mom loved, my mom dont read have to turn this one to father.

but some of it would be hard how can one finish the book they have not finished in 3 years even when they own a copy...
hate love triangles
and graphic novels no way...
rest is easy!!

its great challenge to read more and more. 10 month is enough to complete its just a start

Not boring. I was referring to how the book makes so many readers cry. So if someone's looking for a book to make them cry, The Fault...is there to help.
And embracing the harsh reality of life is all good, but how the book goes about doing it is as divorced from reality as Star Trek.
I know many people love the book. No offence to those who do!

If you watch the movie, you might. It is one of those movies which builds towards one moment, and the directors delivered it well.... wont give you spoilers but it is a must watch... for those into historical fiction or realistic fiction even a bit
