New werewolf book in a book reading app

I can remember parts of the first chapter or two of this book but can't remember names of people or packs.

A weaker pack brings tribute to the stronger pack and all of the weaker pack has to go into the woods and meet the stronger pack to pay tribute. The stronger packs alpha is giving a speech of some kind and the weaker alphas daughter is kinda off in la la land trying to distract herself from the wonderful scent she can smell. As the alpha walks closer to her she figures out its him and starts to panic when he stops in front of her and speaks low enough that only she can hear but she panics and shifts and races away into the forest back towards her pack.

That's as far as I can remember and I know it was a newer book from one of the novel app things like dreame and novel cat kinda thing and it was a book in progress and I can't remember which one. I want to read this again andore of it.

If it was a book in progress, I think Frances means it's an app like Wattpad, Kris. Where amateur writers can freely write and "publish" their book / chapters, for other users to read.

This group is for works that have been published. We can't help people find "fanfictions" or "works in progress" or something evanescent that was written on an amateur writing site and is then gone 6 months later.
