I don't remember how they get together. She's living with him but he won't let her go anywhere. He sets up for people to act as him and her to find out who the murder target is against. The guy that does her clothes is a guy named Tommy. When they finally go out she accidentally hits a button on the door of the car that lowers wheels to use as a barricade. He has men that wear suits that are bullet proof. This take place in a big city. I'm not sure if it's Mafia or not!

I read it a couple years ago. No it's not a suspense. Also his company manufactures the material to make the clothing, that's why he won't let her go anywhere until her clothes are made. They get raided by a rival group and all his men aren't hurt because they're wearing this clothing. You find out that the target is her. Also how do you go in and redo title?
