Kacie lol I have sooooooo many Kindle unlimited books that I've read. what kind of book do you want?

camilla(taylor's version) (camillareadings) | 709 comments It could be a fantasy book, strong female characters, romance (but a light romance, nothing too fancy and all) and something, shall we say... intriguing!

message 257: by Kacie (new)

Kacie okay let me look through my books, see what I can find

message 258: by [deleted user] (new)

message 261: by Kacie (new)

Kacie hmm maybe something by K.M. Shea. she writes fantasy with strong female leads. I think there is romance, but it's pretty mild

camilla(taylor's version) (camillareadings) | 709 comments No problem.

Not sure. Maybe she got hacked. Perhaps she deleted it. Perhaps something else happened. We don't know the answer to that.

message 272: by [deleted user] (new)

We will definitely let y’all know if anything changed :)

Depends on what you classify as funny. Sick Kids in Love is really funny so far, but it's a very specific type of humor.

camilla(taylor's version) (camillareadings) | 709 comments It might be something more like Rick Riordan's books. Who are childish, but without being tedious, boring and silly. I don't know if you understand me...

Have you read the Heroes of Olympus series yet? Or Trials of Apollo, Kane Chronicles, or Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard? Those are all hilarious Rick Riordan series =)

Trials of Apollo is one of the funniest, but that's the spin-off of Heroes of Olympus.

camilla(taylor's version) (camillareadings) | 709 comments I stopped at "The House of Hades", I have to wait a bit until I read the next one so... But they are very good, I love them :)

camilla(taylor's version) (camillareadings) | 709 comments I'm looking for something like that, you know?

Have you read the Demigod Files? It's a guide that takes place between Battle of the Labyrinth and Last Olympian. It has a few PJO short stories in it.

Kane Chronicles could technically be read on its own.

camilla(taylor's version) (camillareadings) | 709 comments I've read the story yes!
In fact, it could be christmas books with that vibe or something more contemporary! But thanks for helping me so far :)

It's not Christmas, but Lore sounds similar to that vibe. I started it, but i haven't finished it yet. Howl's Moving Castle is also fun, but it's not Christmas. Beastly by Alex Flinn have some scenes that take place in the winter. That book is fun as well. Eliza and Her Monsters isn't Christmas, but it's a fun contemporary that has a similar vibe. Kasie West's books are also enjoyable. Epic Fail by Claire LaZebnik is good. The Cold is In Her Bones by Peternelle van Arsdale is also a fun read that has Greek mythology aspects in it.

I haven't read it yet (I've started it and liked what I read), but there is What Light by Jay Asher. It's a YA contemporary that takes place during Christmas. Dash & Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Leviathan is also a YA contemporary romance that takes place during Christmas. Let it Snow by John Green falls under that as well. There's also My True Love Gave to Me by Stephanie Perkins, which is an anthology of twelve holiday stories.
