adding book ed but isbn is chopped

I had a different ed to add with isbn 9781787476769. When I hit create record I get a message that the isbn must be all numbers or include an x. The number now in the 13 isbn box is only 12 characters. It has chopped off the last number (9). I have tried several times and can't get it to accept. This has not happened before and I just did another one earlier today.
Any ideas?

Not sure why you would have this issue; maybe you were somehow copy-pasting an additional character as well as the ISBN?

I edited your record and it worked.
I have added 4 others in this series so far with no problem. But this record would not get accepted. It kept dropping the 13th number and then saying it didn't have enough numbers. I tried 3 times from scratch.
On to the next 4

I finished adding in all the other volumes I have and one more did not work. I also has a 13 digit isbn that ends in a 9. All the others had different ending numbers and all worked.
Could you please make another record for me for The Ghost Fields with isbn 9781787476899.
