Book about siblings and the synopsis on the back of the book says one of them will die

Hi all. I’m looking for a book that I saw at work once. I think it was about two siblings who didn’t have parents and they were jumping from rooftops to other rooftops and one of them slips and falls or maybe the building collapses. From what I can remember of the synopsis on the back of the book one of them will die. The cover of the book is light blue and red and features a building or a wall. The book was made in the US I believe but I think it takes place in another country.

Do you remember what part of the world it was, Europe, Africa, Asia, etc?

I saw the book at work (I work in a bookstore) a few months ago. If I had to guess, I’d say it was from the 2010s. I believe they were male siblings but possibly one of each. I would think it was a young adult novel. And I wanna say the book takes place in the Middle East.

It might’ve have the word “Twins” in the title, but it isn’t about 9/11
