This Reddit post informed me that I have never been able to find John Gacy's book on his case, A Question of Doubt: The John Wayne Gacy Story, because only a handful were printed. This guy found one at an estate sale and is planning to scan the whole thing and post it so anyone can read it. Like Rodney Alcala, Lonnie Franklin had photos of unidentified women in his possession. Not a professional photographer like Alcala, these photos are extra meaningful because the women are in his car, where all his victims seem to have been killed.
