Ngl I couldn't stop seeing Katniss, Prim and Gale during these chapters but by the end I got over it, so I'm on board with whatever's coming.

Also I kinda love this witch, I mean: “Death will be her companion. He’s kept her safe all this time. Why stop now?”... Kind of iconic tbh. I'm excited to see what's her deal!

Now that I've read Amelie's comment I have to agree that Deen kinda reminds me of Gale too haha

So these last chapters were so much easier to read than the first 5. The witch is the most interesting character to me so far, hopefully we get to see more of her. I also feel some shadow and bone vibes with the whole "she has to get to the other side of the living darkness" ordeal.

Something else I was gonna say is... I hope there are more characters than this haha fingers crossed!!
