HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE
Don't worry, you can find some silver linings. For example, when we are in school, you guys are resting or the fact that you guys have WARM Christmases. I'm really jealous of that and want to experience a Christmas in Oceania at least once.😂

Why?
Tbh I don’t even have one I just read what I feel like when I feel like it.

So have been thinking about it and I realized I am a huge mood reader and my tbr feels like a checklist I need to complete instead of enjoying the books.
A. My mood is constantly changing and I make monthly tbrs but they don't work for me very much
B. If I am in the mood for something very much at that moment, I can't do it because my tbr is already made. (The other day my father and I were talking about politics and he recommended me a book about communismThe Communist Manifesto and I wanted to know more about it before I realized I didn't have time for it, my tbr for that month was already made and by the time, I got to that book I'd no longer be interested.) I have decided to read whatever the hell I want without really caring what's on my tbr

This makes me think , do people actually complete their tbr list ? Because I don’t think I can, I put book which even slightly interests me. Sometimes I’ll put books just because I like the cover.

I do complete my TBR list, as I don't really have the money to go out and buy new books regularly, I mainly finish the unread books on my shelves and listen to audiobooks :)

I’m doing a-z challenge too ! But it’s half-yearly , so I have a lot of time. And I’m pretty sure I have no chance of winning, it’s still fun.

I am pretty organized so I do make tbrs every month and follow them pretty closely but these days, I just want to read whatever I want and about topics I am interested in
