A room full of book cases and couches along with tables, the lighting is soft and perfect for reading. The library is always quiet and students are free to take books at any time they please.

Felicia had just come from her dorm, where she had changed into her uniform since she wasn’t on break anymore and now as a head of the sixth years she had to be more presentable to welcome her year. Which she had avoided doing so far by keeping clear of the entrance at all costs. Stepping into the library she walked along the shelves her small hands trying to look for a very specific book, she had asked the school last year to have it in the library but things had gotten busy so she had to wait over the summer.

Peter had quietly clicked the door to the library when he was quickly shushed, making him jump out of his skin. He was falling behind, again, and here he was hoping to bring up his grades yet. It would be pointless. Maybe after all these years, he'd have to take the year all over again. Swimming in his thoughts, Peter forgot a groove in the carpet and tripped on it. Fortunately, he grabbed ahold onto the corner of a table before his face could make contact with the ground. One of the students sitting on the table snickered, shushed immediately, while Peter blushed. One would think that it was because of his little accident but it was actually because of a flash of white, blonde hair he saw from above the table. It was Felicia. He saw her numerous times with her eyes low, looking over the plants. The greenhouse was a sanctuary for him while spending all these years at the academy. The times he did visit the greenhouse, he barely saw her, but when he did, she always brightened his day. Even just by watering the plants, he was grateful that she had taken such good care of it. His blush wouldn't disappear as he bent his knee away from the carpet. Peter made sure not to look at her directly but he made sure catch a glimpse of the blonde hair from the corner of his eye. What do I do, what do I do? He never really talked to Felicia before. What if... what if she didn't like him? He held his books tightly and walked over to her. She was twenty feet.... ten... nine and a half... nine... eight and a half... he bolted to the other side of the shelves of where she was looking at. In between the alley of books, Peter exhaled a breath of relief. Maybe she didn't see him yet. He redid his half up half down hairdo and tied a pastel pink ribbon through his blonde hair, placing his textbooks onto the books snuggled in the bookshelves. He saw her fingers trail over the books and suddenly bent down, so that he could see her face. "Hi, there!" Peter said with a child-like delight. He twisted and turned his hand through the aisle of books and held it out for her. "I'm Peter Rosecrans! I... I really love what you've been doing with the greenhouse." Peter bit his lip. It was too much. Way too much.

People came and went, so another person walking to the library didn't draw her attention, she continued to run her hands over the shelves. Had they really not gotten the book she'd requested, she asked herself, it was things like this that annoyed her and made her irritated. Hearing something trip on the ground, she turned to see what the sound was, but Peter was below the table and out of sight. Brushing it off, she walked along the shelves, her eyes searching the titles beneath her mask. She found the title and smiled, so they had gotten her request, pulling it out the first thing she saw wasn't the cover but a pair of eyes. Felicia didn't shriek or flinch, she just stood in plain surprise.
"Hello," she said simply.
From what she remembered Peter was a seventh year, she was pretty sure, not a head of the class since Caledonia Hayden was the head of the sevenths that year.

Her voice startled him. It wasn't exactly what he had expected. It was far much more softer but direct. Peter nearly swooned. Maybe she would like to see his secret stash of chocolates! That would boost anyone into a good mood. The hairs on his stood right up as he looked at her eyes, hidden in the mask. Her back was usually turned towards him so he never really noticed it. His child-like curiosity got the best of him when his outstretched hand pointed at her mask. "Why do you wear that?" Peter asked like a child waiting to hear the answer from their parents. He lowered his voice to a whisper when he said, "Are you hiding from someone? The library isn't a very good spot, you know. If a meanie walked in here with a gun, they could easily shoot all of us."

Felicia took her mask off and wasn't against showing her face, it was just tradition in her family, so she wore it to respect that tradition and honor her heritage. She hadn't remembered talking to him in all her six years, but remembered seeing him in the green house many times, it was something she took note of. Everyone that came into the green house she remembered, not that she talked to any of them, unless they made pointless efforts to talk to her first.
"Tradition," she replied, "And no I'm not hiding," she tells him, moving his hands away from face.
Her hands were rather small and delicate, for tasks that required steady and careful movement.
"Don't you go to the green house often?" she asked, just wanted to make sure her hunch was correct and that she had seen him on more then one occation.

Peter quickly stuffed his hands into his pockets. Maybe she didn't like it when he pointed right in her face. But he was only trying to point out the mask she was wearing. Images of him being at the greenhouse flooded into his mind. He was only thirteen when the head of his first year showed him the green house. Immediately, he was captivated. It was no stuffed animal from home but the smell of the earthy soil and the plants that were just watered, reminded him of the plants his mother would have all over the house. "Yup!! I try to go there everyday but with the amount of homework we've been getting, it's kinda hard to visit you... the greenhouse." He blushed madly and rubbed the back of his neck. Peter continued looking through the books to see if she had noticed his mistake. Hopefully she hadn't so he quickly added, "I love visiting the greenhouse. And the way you've taken cared of those flowers.. it's amazing. I don't know how you do it."

When she had been thirteen, she had been quickly asked to care for the greenhouse by Mrs. Irene Alderidge herself. Felicia not wanting to be rude had accepted, and since she was already a young botanist it had been a great offer. Hearing him fumble with his words she didn't take note of his trip up, but heard it,
"I see," "Well glad you like it," she says.
Felicia held her book on plants in her left hand,
"If you desperate I can show you some time," she offers, she wasn't one to offer this chance often, so he could either take it or leave it.

Peter loved visiting the greenhouse. When school work felt like it nearly drowned him, he'd cool down at the greenhouse. And every time he did, the plants would look like they had so much life to them, despite having their roots stuck into place. His ears immediately perked up when Felicia extended an invitation. Them. Together. Now that he was talking to her, he actually felt more at ease. Much better than before when he had worked himself up a little too much. "I would love that!!" He said, yelling out loud with excitement in his eyes. They sparkled like a child's. He could even bring some of his secret stash for them to share. She probably wasn't ready to see Pippers yet. Felicia might think that that would be kind of weird for him to have a stuffed, red panda. "How about during the weekend? I'm pretty free then."

Felicia had already determined Peter Rosecrans as a different character, and he was a bit much for her, but that was something for her to try and ignore. The sixth year, had spent most of her years avoiding the other students, since it hadn't gone well with her first encounter. To put it simply someone laughed at her, and in return she broke their arm, and poisoned their juice. Of course not enough to kill them, just spend a good rest of the day over the toilet crying in pain.
"You should try and be a bit quieter," she suggested, "And the weekend is fine," Felicia replies.
She put the book she had been holding into her bag and nodded respectfully, turning on her heals she made her way towards the library doors. Having decided before hand that to avoid welcoming people she would head to the gymnasium.

Peter let out a small chuckle as he got an angry shush from the librarians surrounding them. "Yeah that's true. I don't want to get kick out just yet." He was just about finished with his sentence when Felicia suddenly walked out of the bookshelves and walked towards the doors. Peter, feeling so giddy that he could jump up and down, cupped his hands around his mouth, "See you then, Felicia!" He waved happily, while having his ear suddenly pinched by one of the librarians. They were helping him to the exit as he yelped, still having his eyes on Felicia as they exited the library.

Behind her she could hear him holler, behind her, and then the foot steps of one of the librarians. She took a quick guess assuming that he had just had himself an escort from the library, but again it wasn't her business so she stayed out of it. Continuing on her way to the gym, planning to do a quick and simple work out on skill and technique.
