The version i read had a cover with this teen girl in a smock (anime like) on a plain blue background. The title was some variation of the haunting/possession/exorcism of arabella or some old name like that and the surname began with c. It was steampunk-ish and the protagonist was a boy who was a monster hunter and he and his guardian finding this pale girl who seems to be possessed by some evil creature. There was also a serial killer or monster who was killing people and the local police were searching for them. It was set in london and there was a mention of a rat king. I read the book in 2019 in my school library and now I've moved away and cant seem to remember the title.
