I have this exact ISBN, and the amount of pages is 131 if indicated by the end number, and 136 if indexes and title page are included. Can this be changed?

In your case the book cover picture in the header was the correct one, but it is the most popular edition - often members don't realise this & are asking for a completely different edition. This is one of the reasons we ask for confirmation of the ISBN.

World Cat gives the page count as 131 pages. Are the title page & the indexes both at the start of the book? We don't count unnumbered pages at the start of the book, but in certain cases we count unnumbered ones at the end.

Those are unnumbered at the start, so then it would be 131 pages.
