A possible R.L. Stine book, also possibly from the Fear Street series

The book is possibly by R.L. Stine or by any horror author that targets young adult and children audiences. I don’t really remember much but i remember a girl either opening the door for someone or walking onto her porch from outside. The girl was on the porch when another girl and possibly her sibling randomly showed up as well (i can only remember the girl but i feel like someone else could’ve been there as well). I also think that the second girl and possibly her sibling were new to the neighborhood as well. I remember they talked for a bit and i think the first girl was either wary of them and may have thought they were weird (i think i remember the girl thinking about their clothing). I also think the first girl had a suspicion that they were vampires or a monster of some sort later on in the story. I read this book in elementary school, around 2012 to 2016/17. I don’t remember much but i hope what i do remember is enough to find it.
