book where the main male character has put a tracker on the main female leads shoes

I don’t remember the title of this book or the author of this book. Somthings I remeber of this book is that the main male character does not has a good relationship with his father, I dont remeber how the male and female meet but i remeber that the Heroine got mad at the guy and there she left to make a deal with another guy or it was his dad then hero found her in the hotel by having tracker in her shoes. I think there where on at vaction is his boat, and he had a assistance who helpt the heroin to choose Clothes. Heroin and Hero even had sex on the boat deck, I read this book in 2020. Can you please help me?
