I read this book in June/July of 2020, but it'd been published for a few years at that point. The main plot is about a city in the sky, and the city is full of only women and a girl from the city somehow gets down to Earth where she's kept prisoner in a mansion, and there she meets a boy that (if I remember correctly), helps her escape. The book is the first of a series.
