Realistic Fantasy - Secret Society to Protecting the Bloodline

I read the book around 2017, I think it may have been published in the late 20th century. I'm not sure as the cover was missing and I have no details about who the author was or when it was published, or even the name of the book, just what I remember about the story. Description is below.

Beginning of the book starts off with a stalker who wasn’t actually a stalker, but there to help (Didn’t know this until the middle of the book). She was pulled aside by somebody she knew, told about a secret society of women, women who knew about the baby who wasn’t hidden away from the assassin who killed the royal bloodline. Mother was in that society. She learned that her friend in that society as well, felt offended but wasn’t of age yet which is why she didn’t know. Secret Society hidden under the city

Brother home because mother killed, brother home from military. At some point in the book she went out to a party with a friend, bonfire on an island. Friend pulled her aside and tried kissing her, the friend was a boy. Brother got upset and started a fight. She tried breaking up the fight.In the morning found a dead body and had her brother’s jacket. Went up to it screaming and crying feeling as though it was her brother because of the connection. Friend was framed for it because of the fight. Brother is actually alive. She had to drug her friend because he was refusing and fighting. Ended up hiding him instead of him being sent back to Moscow, Russia for the crime he didn’t commit.

Party lasts a week, a party based around the assissination of the royal bloodline, promising an event like that would never happen again. Women had to wear white or red dresses, and men had to wear suits. The dead people were hung for a week from the windows for display as a trophy. Women cut down the dead after a week, people thought it was the men.

KEY DETAIL (builds to climax):
While she was at the party, something was happening with her and one of her friends, they were fighting, she ended up getting stabbed, but couldn’t tell who because they were wearing a mask. When she got home she tried to bandage herself and was in a lot of pain, refused to take anything for it and wouldn’t tell family or go to the hospital. Almost passed out while doing something. The guy who we thought was a stalker came to help her, she didn’t fully trust him but willingly went to his house to accept the help. He then while inspecting her wound, offered to numb it and she refused saying it would be fine. He put his finger in the wound to see how deep it was, she wincing in pain still refused meds. After checking it out, he stitched it up. He gave her antibiotics to help with the treatment.

Afterwards her brother got severely injured. They were in the royal castle. They were waiting on a helicopter to arrive. When they got there, she didn’t want to leave despite the threat level, they convinced her to go when they finally yelled at her that she was princess and her brother was the prince and that they were the last of the bloodline.
