PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Physical Strengths: Felicia doesn't appear to be physically all the capable, but in reality her looks can be very deceptive. She is very good at hand to hand combat, with the ability to use her size and speed to over power a foe larger then her. This doesn't always work, but it does more often then not, and she has the common sense to know when it isn't her fight. Felicia is a gymnast and dancer, this lends to her strength and flexibility, she is able to fit herself into small spaces with her size and contortion. Her hand eye coordination helps her with her weapon, fan blades, this are elegant and sharp.
Physical Weaknesses: Felicia's strengths are also partly her weaknesses, since her size and weight are always the best in a fight. Once she is pinned Felicia is helpless since she can't use brut strength to get herself out of a situation. Along with being small Felicia is thinner then most and if she pushes herself to much she tends to get sick and struggle.
Mental Strengths: Felicia is quite knowledgeable and thirsts for knowledge like you would water, since she believes that you can never learn enough. She is also very skilled with medicine and poisons, being a skilled botanist and Head of the Green House, where she spends much of her time. Her experience and skill has landed her as the Head of the Sixth Years, which she takes her role quite seriously. Felicia is also great with other sciences such as biology and anatomy, which helps her win many of her fights, since she knows how to manipulate nerves by touching them. In fights Felicia is know for using her opponents nerves as a weapon against themselves, by pinching them and rendering them paralyzed.
Mental Weaknesses: Felicia may be one of the brightest students at the academy but her main flaw is talking to others. She has always struggled with this because of how she has been brought up, and been taught. She is quite ruthless and sarcastic to people, making it difficult to know if she is joking or being serious. Another skill of hers is being able to tell how people are feeling, just by watching them, and it can cause people to feel off or uncomfortable around her. Felicia hasn't exactly tried to solve these issues with herself so that hasn't made things all that easier.

HISTORY
Felicia was born to Charles and Camilla Vos, as the second child and the first female offspring in the family. Her parents pushed her to be her strongest, wanting her to be ruthless and a powerful foe, which eventually their dreams for her came true. At the age of four Felicia started her training to becoming something her parents would deem as, great and wonderful. Along with learning to dance, since her parents saw this as an opportunity to be elegant along with earning her strength. When she was seven Felicia was gifted her fan blades and mastered them by the age of nine.
Felicia reached the age of 10 years-old and her parents gave her a silver box, with silk on the inside. Her name was etched into the outside of the box and inside was a mask shaped like the head of a fox. In her family, at the age of 10 children were given a mask in the shape of an animal and that animal was who they were seen as by the family. For Felicia she was a fox, which symbolizes cleverness, slyness and known for being a trickster. These were the exact things she had become and what her parents had wanted her to be.

History/family: he grew up for a few years in america in his small town of people, causing trouble doing street art (graffiti) and getting into all sorts of problems with the police, he wasn't too fond of people, stayed away from large groups of people and stuck to himself or his brother, his brother was in the police force he was the one catching delsin a lot of the time, he tried not to get caught but always would until one day he got a call and never came home, delish then had to get money somehow and guess what, jobs would be the best way but he resorted to pit fights until he gained a certain invitation.

Personality: He's a brute sorta attitude with a hateful stare, he's known around the school as a hot head with a temper that he tries to keep calm, he had quite the luck in his younger years as he started at around year 3 and a half, he got his reputation by fights and tends to keep his secrets close with not too many friends, he hates bullies and when he sees one he loses all control and will lash out at them, one his 4th year he almost got expelled for beating a group of the upper grade students almost to death due to one of them insulting his tattoos and his fighting style, he cares about training and keeping fitness and his track of time easily and hates talking about his past.

Physical strengths: he is really strong, he often only will show his true strength in a fight and has a few tactics, he will often be able to subdue people with ease, due to his life of a free stylist runner and street art he is physically able to do parkour and climb areas with much ease and getting to places.
Physical weakness: he often doesn't like using stealth unless necessary, he isnt too good at it, during fights he will give himself up over others to sacrifice himself often getting him in trouble over people, he will always accept a fight and even on the verge of death will fight which will put him in difficult situations with his health and life.

Appearance: Katniss is short... around 5' 1". She has pale skin and some freckles on her face. Her red hair is long and thick and goes down her back, and is wavy-curly. She has blue eyes and a smaller nose and smaller hands and feet. On her time off from school she likes to wear dresses or skirts, sometimes pants.
Personality: Katniss is probably one of the most cheerful people you will ever meet. She sees the good in almost every situation, and is practically a all of sunshine and optimism, which admittedly can annoy a lot of people around her. This is to say, she recognizes that bad things happen in life, but believes people can learn from them and that things will somehow, in some way, get better.
She is open and honest and hardworking.
Compassionate and kind, Katniss wants to make friends, as many as she can. She still likes to talk and make friends with any new people; however, she doesn't always have the best luck because she can be so cheerful and eager to meet people it turns others away.
Katniss is sensitive, and when anyone does say something hurtful it does deeply offend her, but she is not afraid to stand up to that person and make her opinion and defense known, and will do it for others, whether or not she knows them. She's a total extravert and loves her younger sister and parents, but has a strained relationship with her older brother, and is frustrated with her parents, the one spot in life, her family, being a darker topic for her and one she can get down about.
Some of this personality may seemingly go against a thief's nature, but in all honesty Katniss is in the academy to learn espionage, stealth, combat, and all of that versus the theft because she feels alive when she does all this. That's not to say she sees all theft as wrong per say, but she also doesn't just resort to it and desire to ruthlessly rob people. She'll do it if she feels that someone else needs the stolen objects more than it's current owner and that's her reasoning for this academy--that it really helps her be able to help those who need it most in society. She feels slightly bad but gets over it for the most part.

History/story: Born to Katella and Martin Laughlin in Ireland, Katniss was the second of three children. She has an older brother named Merrick at 21 and a younger sister, Bella, at 5.
She grew up in a shaky home. Her mom and dad never loved one another and married for convenience since her mom had more money than her dad, and their families were close so he wed into her family. This dislike of one another carried into their marriage even after three kids, and their mother always despised the fact she was essentially forced by her family to marry Martin.
It was clear after Katniss was born that Katella favored her, and then her and Bella, over Merrick, who as a result became bitter and jealous.
Merrick and Katniss had been friends, and she'd looked up to her older brother until the favoritism and jealousy became too much for Merrick and, when Katniss was seven, he told her she was too talkative and annoying and that nobody loved her. She became very hurt and stopped following him everywhere even though she wishes she and her family had a better relationship, as her parents were kind of cold around each other too.
When Katniss was younger she also recognized that many people in the world, her family included, struggled to feed themselves so she didn't understand why it was a problem to steal from people who has too much. Well, she sort of did? But not entirely. Katniss always wondered about it and determined that if she could make the world a better place by doing so, by her kindness and by taking from those with too much, she would. So she applied for this school, also to get away from her bullying brother and a bad romantic relationship that went south with a daughter of a family friend, and applied and was accepted at Year 1, when she was 13 years old, dropping regular school where she was also bullied a bit for how cheerful and upbeat she was.
When she was ten she found she had a crush on the daughter of family friends, and she impulsively kissed the girl when she was twelve. But her horrible brother caught her and, as he is a jerk, was furious because she liked a girl and because she was so young, and when he told her parents and the girl's parents both were reprimanded, making Katniss even more strained with Merrick. She never tried again to have a relationship again even though it had just been an innocent kiss, and she'd been so happy and giddy in the moment. She's afraid, almost of being in another relationship and often pretends she never has crushes again.
Katniss has always enjoyed hiking and watching sunsets to relax.
When she got in, she didn't tell her parents what the school really is, and fears they'll judge her and not understand what she wants to do, so she keeps it to herself. She's been tempted to tell them, especially her mom, but hasn't done so yet. In reality her mom wouldn't care and would actually support her.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Physical Strengths: aster doesn't seem to be very capable when it comes to strength. in fact, her worse physical quality would be her strength. she's not that bad though, and it's not like she's a twig. she's pretty average when it comes to strength. she can lift her weight, which is pretty average. (around 115 lbs. the average woman can lift 50% to 125% of their weight). other than that though, she has good endurance and stamina. she's pretty fast as well. she's pretty flexible as well (most girls are though.)
Physical Weaknesses: her strength would be her biggest weakness. she's not very strong, and she doesn't weigh much either. because she's quick, she moves around a lot as well, as it's one of her only strengths. because of this, if you can hold on long enough in a fight against her, you can wait for her to run out of stamina.
Mental Strengths: she's smart and she's been through a lot, so she's not very easy to break. she's great with conversation and keeping the flow, as well as switching topics. her greatest ability would be to multitask. because her memory is great and she has conversation skills, it isn't hard for her to hold a conversation or two while also doing something else.
Mental Weaknesses: the girl is actually a bit easy to embarrass. while she's great with conversation, she's not very fond of being touched and tends to freeze up when someone was to hug her or anything of the sort. she can also be very short with someone and can become rather agitated if she feels insulted. she's also quick to start a fight with someone if continuously pushed. she can grit her teeth and smile, but she snaps pretty quickly if it continues. while she doesn't really show it, the girl also has a bit of an anxiety problem. if she's spread too thin, even as a multi-tasker, she'll shut down. it becomes hard to think and hard to be around others, let alone talk. she often keeps her mental breakdowns private though, and if needs to, will remove herself from a situation or conversation so she can calm down and breathe. HISTORY
aster, as you would expect from someone who's training to become a thief at some weird school, hasn't exactly had the average, normal life you'd expect most teenagers to have. no, it didn't start with the school, though, the school did sure set her apart from most other teens (aside from those who actually attend the school.) aster was born when her mother was sixteen, her father being eighteen. her mother's parents had given birth to her while they were in America. Her mother was deported back across the border when aster was young, shortly after her father's death. because aster was an American-born citizen though, she stayed in American. now orphaned with no family that she knew or could reach, she entered foster care. it was when she was finally put in an orphanage that she met aster's father, who she began to date when she was fourteen. two years later, aster happened. initially, her father stayed around and provided. they even got married. however, it was around when aster was eight that her father had left.
it wasn't sudden though. her parents had been fighting a lot for a while and didn't seem too happy with each other. Asmodeus would disappear for weeks at a time and was never home, and when he was, it was with some money and alcohol. he was mentally and physically abusive. celio stuck around for a while, as she still loved him. it wasn't until aster almost died because of his actions that she finally ended things for good. after aster left the hospital, she came home to find that her father had been taken to jail. she was young at the time, but she was glad he was gone. she hated him and how he always made her mother cry, and she slightly resented her mother for sticking around for so long. while things were a bit of a struggle for a while, her mom picking up extra shifts to scrape by, it was smoother than before. even if they didn't have much, they at least didn't have to endure asmodeus' anger.
eventually, a few years later, he was released. naturally, aster tried to steer clear of him. though, her mother was a fool. there were times where she would meet them and they'd sleep together. eventually, one day, aster had enough. she didn't know why. maybe it was the anger, frustration, and not being able to control anything, but while in the store for an errand, she stole. it had something to do with being able to finally control something, to not have to give and just taking it for herself. it brought a strange new feeling of satisfaction, even though she should have felt guilty because her mother taught her stealing was wrong. wanting to feel that feeling again, she kept stealing. however, one day, she got caught. thankfully, no one found out about the other things that she had stolen, or things would have been worse. unfortunately, that was only possible because her father kept his mouth shut. aster's mother, who thought it was because of lack of education, asked Asmodeus to send aster to a good school as her father. he, having seen potential in his daughter and wanting her to do as he did, sent her to Alderidge Academy for the Astute. at first, she wasn't entirely sure how she felt about it. after all, while she was a bit of a tomboy who often fought with others, would it really be okay for her to do something like that? something she wasn't allowed to speak to her mother about and something her mother would definitely disapprove of?
despite her initial doubts and struggle to adjust, the girl eventually found it to be pretty fun. the class was interesting and they even had a class all about combat. it was almost too good to be true. after a while of staying there, the girl eventually strengthened her resolve. she decided that she was going to do the best she can and she could figure out things as they go. while aster didn't really make any friends and kept to herself most of the time, the girl eventually made it to the top of her grade, in which she became the head of her year.

History: He was born to Seth Richards and Hannah Ashely in the United States, in New York, who died giving birth to him. As a result, Cole grew up with just his father, who was so different than him. Seth was a moralistic rule follower who always got frustrated with Cole at the slightest infractions.
So when Cole was around eleven, he started to make it his purpose in life to be the opposite of literally everything his father, who worked with people in the society who needed help, stood for. He figured that if his father was disappointed in him anyway, he may as well embrace that and embrace the part of him that desired to just live life and got a thrill from sneaking out, from taking things that didn't belong to him without paying, and from annoying the heck out of his father.
So Cole purposely went out to cause problems and began drinking and using drugs when he was eleven. He was popular at school and found access to these items through an older student who took him under his wing, who was sixteen. But when Cole was twelve, his friend was killed when he was caught stealing, and Cole was furious and determined to avenge his death and become a better thief so this never happened again, as his friend, Timothy, was more of a father figure to Cole than his actual father was.
He began to carefully become a more professional thief until a close call when he was thirteen, running away from home and joining a local gang Timothy had been a part of, which welcomed him with open arms. Cole's father was heartbroken, but Cole never looked back.
But one day fell in love with a woman in his gang, Charlotte Anderson. It was deeper and more real than anything Cole had experienced, and he found himself doing whatever she wanted and following her everywhere. He was fifteen. But then she, too, was killed, and Cole was even more furious. It was at this time he was accepted into the Academy when he found out about it. He was living with his girlfriend's family at the time so applied using her address. They had been planning to go together.
This made Cole even more of a jerk, and he pushes away emotional attachment in romantic relationships even more now since he was hurt so badly by the one where Charlotte was killed. This is his second year at the Academy.
Cole keeps a stash of hidden alcohol in his dorm room and is known for breaking curfew and holding illegal parties.

For a long time Hollywood lived in England with his mother father and twin sister Ava. He and his sister were very close you would rarely see them apart. One day when Hollywood woke up and tried to wake Ava up she would not wake up, he didnt know what to do he tried to wake her but when she would not he decided to sit and wait for her to wake up, even though he knew she was dead some how his mind couldn’t except it so he sat there for 26 hours waiting for her to wake up. Finally he excepted the truth his sister was dead. That night he dragged her body to a near by grave yard and buried her body, with no grave stone or marking her grave could easily be lost but Hollywood never forgot where it was and his visited it often. When he was thirteen he heard whispers of a school for thieves. Physical Strengths: Ellie Kline is skilled with daggers and her own dagger has a rose gold handle with a sharp blade that she keeps in the best shape possible. Her stealth abilities are by far better then her combat, but if she's in a situation where she needs to fight Ellie is quick and light on her feet, fairing better if she can dodge and block rather then land a blow on her foes. Physical Strengths: Ella Kline is skilled with daggers and her own dagger has a silver handle with a sharp blade that she keeps in the best shape possible. Her stealth abilities aren't as skilled as those of Ellie, nor are her combat abilities on the same level as Elaine. Ella is better with computers and hacking, along with coding. Still she can do stealth and combat if required. Ella is also a skilled knife thrower, which is a skill she shares with both her sisters.
Physical Weaknesses: Ella struggles with stealth, and combat, but that isn't so back when she can do both if it's either life or death. She just tends to lean on her sisters for help when it comes to these things.
Mental Strengths: Ella shares a special connection with her fellow triplet's Ellie and Elaine. They seem to understand how the others feel, and are able to communicate just by looking at one another. Many people find it eerie and unnatural but Ella like her older sisters doesn't let that effect her. HISTORY
Born to Beatrice and Louis Kline, as the third of triplets, in Listowel Ireland. Ella was very close to her two sisters Ellie and Elaine from birth and the three of them refused to do anything apart. When the girls reached the age of three Beatrice was unable to get them, away from one another, and had discovered they would communicate between one another without speaking. Louis had been out with some 'friends' for the weekend and Beatrice had decided to embrace her daughters abilities.
Ella was taught by her mother how be silent and peaceful for her sisters, and to become the observer that would watch over them and be the one that would give them eyes on things they would normally look over. Selena was the quiet kid that stuck close to whoever could help her shell. Other than that, Selena hardly ever spoke. A lot of people just didn't care since she never seemed that interesting and assume she never wanted anything to do with them. Whenever they paired up into groups though, Selena would be the uncomfortable kid being left behind, till someone pitied her.
Now as an adult, her silence is often being seen as scary or intimidating, perfect for all the little monsters the school will produce. She always looked up to Edmund and Elizabeth. They gave light for kids like her who were always treated like trash. She was always moved from one orphan home to the next. There wasn't enough room for more riff raff like her. On the days where she'd be transferred, the brother-sister duo would have done something spectacular down the street. If the authorities finally caught wind of it, they would be in the papers too. Selena and a group of kids tend to stuck together when it came to being shipped from house to house. So when they heard of these two, their minds went crazy. Maybe that could be them. Imagine, people like them able to rule the streets with no one telling them what they can and can't do. As the years went by, and Selena was in her early teens, the group she had grown up with slowly dissipated till it was only her and two other kids. The others had either been put to work or found decent families. The next orphanage Selena and a boy went to, there was a woman with brown eyes and a bun handing out fliers to a school for thieves. She was about fifteen when she heard about the woman in the bun. Apparently this woman wanted someone to clean her house while she was away. WHy the lady would want some stranger to clean her house, Selena couldn't understand why. The next thing she knew, she was tasked with cleaning this stranger's house. You never questioned the whys of an odd job to the owner so Selena blindly obeyed. The woman introduced herself as Mrs. Alderidge. Selena started work immediately, trying to best to ignore the fancy decorations that were splayed all over the house. Weeks went by and Selena had finally scouted the whole house. She was getting desperate. Selena wanted a way out of the orphanage as quick as possible. And if stealing was the only way to get that, so be it. She was much faster than any adult that could catch her. And besides, it would be a gift for herself, what with it being her official sixteenth birthday. Selena made sure to announce her leaving with a good slam of the door and snuck around the back oh so quietly. Her target? A porcelain case of exquisite cigarettes. She only dreamed of a glorious thing when her and her friends would smoke the cheap stuff (mainly to help them relax and forget about the stress that came with having a wobbly future). It was located in Mrs. Alderidge's study so Selena climbed like a spider to the second floor. She handled the locked knob on the balcony delicately, picking it till a click gave her the all clear. She swung the door open and there it was, a case of cigars that could either be enjoyed or sold for a high price to the people who knew its value. With her hands centimeters from the case, Selena was instantly pinned to the floor, face smushed against the carpet. She couldn't move a muscle as the woman had her arm up against her neck and her body weighed on top of Selena. The woman's question was definitely not something she had expected.
"Would you like to join the Academy of Thieves?"
The academy, something the sister-brother duo, the very people she idolized, created before their deaths. Her heart couldn't believe it. And now, she'd be going to their school for thieves. For the first time in her life, Selena felt like she could fly to the sky. That night, she was too excited to tell the boy she grew up with, so she left. Left and never looked back with a plastic bag of clothes and money she stole from the owner of the orphanage. The gates to the school welcomed her with open arms and she truly felt like she was at home. It was a bit uncomfortable at first since she was pretty old for a first year. As the years went by, Selena did her best to keep up with the rest of the class. She mostly hung around the back during lunch, worried that she would be mocked for being much older than the rest of her class. It wasn't until she found the swimming pool that her mind was at ease. She felt free as soon as her hands sliced the water. Breaking her smoking habit was a hard thing for Selena. But whenever she lit one, memories of the other kids would swell up and she'd immediately put it out, only to go back in for another swim. Doing the things she loved most, relaxed her mind all throughout her years at the academy.
She was around 23 when Headmistress Irene offered Selena the position of her vice principle. Selena would've kissed her fingers right then and there were it not for the crowd of students. Though she was gone for a year, feeling guilty and so trying to track down her crowd of friends of the orphanage, Selena still wanted to maintain a sleek, and calm exterior. Selena would be a fool if she didn't accept. She felt she owed the Headmistress for everything she provided for the little orphan. She gave her a chance for another life and that was something Selena would try to repay.
And so began Stone Faced Selena's rule. She has little toleration for students who disobey Mrs. Alderidge's rules and will punish them harsher than what they deserve. First off, clean the whole school AND Edmund and Elizabeth. Even as a big girl, Selena still goes to the pool when she has free time. Her office is general an organized pile of papers and weapons secretly embedded in her desk. And if you dare go through her secret stash, you die.

Vivien grew up with parents expecting her to do great things. Being the oldest had its wonders but when it came to setting an example for your younger sibling, Vivien received the brunt of being told off by her parents whenever Lily would misbehave. She needed to be a better example for her sister if they were take the reins of their parents' company. Company meaning a black market that controlled fake antiques sold to museums and art exhibitions. Vivien never had an interest in old, dusty things but she'd never dream of admitting that to her parents who were set on her future. She couldn't really complain though, not when the money was heavenly.
The Braam household was nothing but full of liars and manipulators. So it was no wonder that Vivien and Lily Braam would be the same. Except Vivien had it in for Lily. It was totally unfair since Vivien was attending Academy of Thieves while Lily sat on her butt doing nothing. But for Lily, her sister being at the academy was a wonderful break from Vivien's barking orders. Vivien still saw it as her parents favoring her sister despite the fact that they pampered Vivien as well. Things really became out of hand when Vivien was brought home for the summer and their parents were out. Vivien walked out of the house for some town shopping and Lily went out for a walk. Vivien only stood there as she watched with a smirk as they continued to bully Lily. Finally, her lazy bum was getting a good beating. It wasn't until they went away that Vivien ran up to a broken and bruised Lily while calling 911. Lily was shocked that Vivien would turn over a new leaf. So Vivien nursed her sister back to health while putting on a wild show. Even Vivien was surprised that she had earned Lily's trust as the weeks of helping her out went by. But that all ended when as soon as Lily was able to hold things in her hands and stand up, Vivien put her to work like nothing happened. She told her parents it was good for Lily to return to normal so that she could regain her muscle strength. Lily's hatred for her sister was unlike no other. The audacity, and Vivien was going to be the one to run the company? Shameful.
Vivien started her enrollment into the academy at the age of 13. She hit it off well with her teachers, meaning being a good teacher's pet only to have her grades be as high as they possibly could. She even took a year or two twice to prove that she had what it took to be the best thief there was, maybe even greater than Edmund or Elisabeth. Marvin stuck to the same part down the middle, but not too much, just a little bit to the side, ever since he was a kid. The kid hardly ever changes, to the point where his sister tried to give him some fashion advice. Annoyed with his sister's constant nagging, he resorted to shutting her up by asking her to put highlights in his brown hair. He pouted the whole time while she did her best. Marvin often has his dark brown eyes so focused on what he's doing that he looks bored to other people, making them less intent on approaching him. And if they did, he'd bite their head off. IT DRIVES HIM UP THE WALL WHEN PEOPLE BOTHER HIM WHILE HE STUDIES. Is it really so hard to wait till he's done? After all, it takes a lot to be the best thief there ever was. But often times, despite his intense study sessions, he overthinks things and the results come out differently than what he predicted.
When people tease him even just a little bit, Marvin instantly goes into fighter mode and will rip them apart. Physically (if need be) and verbally. He can get so irritated where he doesn't even make any sense anymore and is just intent on destroying the other person for bothering him in the first place. In which case, after the person either leaves or is left with a black eye, Marvin will navigate to his dorm where his grand, brown piano awaits him. He always cools down after playing it and it's his way of forgetting the world. Till someone comes along and bothers him, yet again.
He's the type of guy who would suck up to anyone in power, no matter who they are. Even if what they told him to do was questionable, he wouldn't doubt their will. Since he wants to work for a position of considerable power, he'll often take notes of the ones who made it far in life.
Marvin is a perfectionist. He studies all through the night to achieve the grade he wants. His side of the form must be a certain way and if anyone dares to move it, he'll kill them. When it comes to being the head of the book club, Marvin expects nothing less but perfection. If anything is so much as out of place, he'll be grouchy about it for the entire day.

With his parents being outlandishly slobbish, Marvin was determined to never be like that. He couldn't stand it when the house would be an unforgiving mess. Used cups and plates from weeks ago would be littered on the bookshelves, fireplace, couch, and dining table. "Just throw it away," Marvin would huff with a trash bag in hand. "It's not that hard." Even with cleaning, Marvin would come back to the house being in an even worse state than before. Were it not for the flier of the academy, Marvin would've resorted to leaving the house at the age of thirteen. He showed the flier and got his parents' permission and the money to enroll. Marvin was grateful to be far away from the garbage he grew up with. Finally, books not covered with cockroaches eating the dinner from the night before.
The smell of a new building excited Marvin till he finally discovered this was a school for thieves. THIEVES! Oh the thought nearly made him faint. Maybe he could make his sister proud with showing them the strategies they used. But as the years went, the teachers slowly molded his mind into becoming one of them. The little trips he went outside the premises, Marvin would snip a wallet, a watch, and a bracelet or two. Even without realizing it, Marvin was becoming a thief. He should've felt surprised but it felt as natural as breathing. He was fifteen when he committed his first ever crime. As the years went by, Marvin grew more and more involved with the world of theivary. Where once he was doing quite poorly with his grades, he was slightly raising it up. Not the best, but still doing all that he could. During the times where he'd have a ball and chain on his desk, Marvin would sluggishly go to his piano, which would instantly liven him up. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Physical Strengths: Irene is skilled in combat after training in that skill for over 20 years, she has since been able to best 15 people at once. She enjoys a good full out fight when needed and has been forced to use her skills once, when the school had been threatened to have their information about them leaked. It’s safe to say Irene is someone you want on your side and not as your foe. Irene hasn’t had an interest in weapons, but she is a master with a gun, she enjoys a god round of sharp shooting in her spare times, when’s free from teaching students or paper work.
Physical Weaknesses: Irene has struggled with asthma for much of her life and this has proven to be a struggle for her at certain points in her life. She also has difficulty with stealth since it wasn’t a class she spent much time taking part in, sure she got passing grades but that doesn’t mean it was her best.
Mental Strengths: Irene is a organization freak and has issues focusing when a room is a mess or the people aren’t controlled. She tends to lean towards the upper years for that reason, since they are in theory more mature and hard working. She is also very detail oriented and dependable, meaning you can count on her to get a job done with out any lose ends. Irene lives by the saying ‘If you want it done right, you got to do it yourself.’
Mental Weaknesses: Along with being a serious organization freak, Irene is a control freaks, and hates it when things don’t go according to plan or people don’t do their part. She also doesn’t tolerate rule breakers and thinks that punishment is best given to those who break rules that she has sent out. Irene is also not the most forgiving and doesn’t tolerate people that wrong her or think that she will forgive them for doing something against her.

HISTORY
Irene Alderidge was born into the world of thieves, as the great grand daughter of Edmund and Elizabeth Alderidge. She was taught from a young age the basics and then at the age of 13 attended the school. It was strange because most students always looking at her funny only seeing her as an Alderidge not Irene. She was the head of her year in her Seventh, but not the other, which a good amount of students made fun of her for because so much was expected of her. When she left the academy her father was still the headmaster and Irene wanted to try life on her own for a while, and her parents let her. At the age of 20 she met Will Anderson, and they married at 23. Irene kept her maiden name and Will kept his own, since they both wanted to respect their families and the honor the names held.
When she was 23 her father asked her to return to the academy as the new headmistress, she was newly married, but had been hoping the offer would happen. At the age of 26 she hired Selena, having seen something in her that was promising, but was quickly able to find out the tricks and small crimes she was committing. A year later on Selena's 16th birthday she sat in her window sill waiting for her visitor to arrive, and when she did, Irene was quickly able to defeat her because of her inexperience. Making her offer, she was pleased to hear she accepted and made arrangements for her new student. When Selena was 23 she asked if she wanted to position as vice, because she believed it would be a great position for the strong willed female. Since then Irene has been enjoying her time at the academy making sure things ran smoothly as much as possible.

Appearance: Caledonia is tall, around 5' 11", and has a muscular frame and body and pale skin. She has eyes the color of fresh green grass and wavy dark brown hair that reaches down to the upper-middle part of her back. She has higher cheekbones.
Personality: Caledonia is emotionally tough, and she often hides how she feels around strangers, but is very loyal and kinda soft to those she loves and cares about. But that's just to those people, as everyone else she doesn't trust and would probably backstab if she thinks they're going to harm her or one of those rare people she cares about. That being said she is really one of those people who is not open to many friends.
Caledonia is an introvert and a ridiculously observant person, often kind of quiet and a bit intense. She gives no qualms about watching people.
She is also a very angry person to say the least, and sometimes this anger gets the best of her and she ends up hurting people she would rather not. As a result, though, on missions she can be a pain simply because of this fact and because she is known to be a bit rash and can rush headfirst into things when she gets angry and upset. It's her main weakness on missions, but she's working on it.
Caledonia is generally pretty sure of herself, so she can be really cocky, admittedly. She knows her value and knows her skill, especially as she is a seventh year and the head of the students in that year. As such, she's also responsible, and trustworthy among the staff. Which is bad because she's kind of aiming to take them down. In terms of her ability to keep secrets, she keeps what she has to and is good at hiding information, but will spill someone's secret if, in a moment of weakness, she's simply pissed at the person.
Caledonia is not a jokester and hates it when others start cracking jokes in serious moments and is unafraid to scold younger students or even people her own age for generally making jokes. She's very business oriented and goal driven but will, on rare occasions, kick back and relax. She does get a thrill in scaring newbies and is unafraid to admit that, but she scares them in practices and training, not in practical jokes.
She is a very determined person who will work towards what she desired with a narrow minded focus.
In terms of her family, she respects her mother (and in general respects the authority at the school, but is unafraid to challenge them if she disagrees with them), but her sister...it's a complicated situation. They dislike each other and that's putting it nicely. Her younger sister kinda wants her dead and Caledonia hates her sister's cold blooded feelings.
Now keep in mind Caledonia is good at what she does. She is truly an introvert and she is truly hating it when people make jokes, and she is responsible but her motives are a ruse. Unknown to her sister and the staff and her mother, Caledonia only thinks stealing is right in the event of necessity, and she only ever did what her mom wanted to live and because she respected her mom's ability to teach her how to defend herself and raise two kids on her own. So all of her loyalty to the Academy is to get Intel and information to give to a real government agency she knows and has some contact with, and she sees herself and trying to save lives by this.
Yes, she can hurt and kill and yes, she's done it. Yes, she likes scaring newbies. And she's tough and kinda scary when she wants to be...but deep down she's a good person who wants to end the Academy's theft and stop more graduates as she sees this as unlawful and taking theft too far.
Still, as the most skilled of the seventh years, Cal made sure she kept trust of teachers and kept herself sharp, because she knew she needed a position of leadership to earn trust and get more information.

History: Cal was born in New York City to Andrew Laughlin and Marissa Hayden, both of whom were talented in espionage and worked for agencies that specialized in such.
When she was two years old, Andrew left their family, and to this day Marissa won't tell Caledonia why, or what happened to him, so all she knows is that he's gone. She has no idea if he's dead or ran off but fears the latter. She respects her mom too much to dig into it as she looks up to her and they have a good relationship (except when Cal pushes on the father situation). She vaguely remembers what he looked like but honestly cannot recall much else and sometimes even wonders if her memory is accurate.
Marissa taught Cal early how to shoot a gun and defend herself, and Caledonia took after her strength and determination. As Marissa had been in jail on a theft mission gone wrong one day, she was released into poverty and so Caledonia grew up poor. She and her younger sister Cobie and their mom worked for a wealthy family where they could easily steal jewelry and food without notice, and Marissa and Cal were stellar at it, Caledonia not feeling any regret because they needed it to live and because these people were horrible to them. She was eight when she started working for them and it helped her because craftier. She was never caught, adding to her cockiness now.
When the family was fired when Caledonia was twelve, thanks to her sister setting the drapes and almost the whole house on fire, Caledonia became enraged at her sister for ruining their chances at theft and a better life, and so while she and Marissa kept stealing from other places, Cal hated her sister more and more. And she also hated the fact that her sister was stealing more than necessary but she hid it to avoid her mom's disappointed glares.
She helped train her sister at theft and combat and weapons, but felt horrible about it because Cobie would go off the rails. Caledonia hated the fact they had to live like this, and at thirteen applied and got into the Academy, which she said would help their family but in reality she entered to work towards ending, especially as she got older and rose through their ranks in her year and moved up each year.
Caledonia was easily able to earn their trust and is skilled with guns and hand to hand combat but kind of dislikes knives, and she's great at stealth and not at archery. Still, as a skilled student she was her years head for a few years and worked hard to keep it that way, overworking herself and low key being a teacher's pet and stealing Intel on IDs and whatnot whenever she could.
Now in her seventh year, when she graduates she plans to turn this place and all it's Intel over.
It's complicated because on one hand her mom's a great thief and she despises that she sometimes does it like Cobie does, taking to be horrible. But she also respects her strength and Cal gets a thrill from theft but won't admit it and still sees most of it as wrong.

Personality: Cobie is a very emotionally tough individual, and she is hard around the edges and not easy to speak to. Sarcastic and witty, she likes to poke fun at people and crack dry jokes. For the most part she does not care how her words or actions impact others, especially anyone of a higher caste, and hardly ever minces her words; she is extremely jealous and hateful towards her older sister.
Since she was a small child, Cobie has always had an explosive temper, and she often looses her cool in situations where people start arguing with her, which is one of her larger weaknesses. This is similar to her sister, who she used to look up to and hence got some traits from her. She likes to push people around for no good reason; and if she is angry and wants revenge, she may kill and then regret it. She can be aggressive and violent. Skilled with shooting guns and hand to hand combat and using similar weaponry, she is tactical and smart. In terms of book intelligence/subjects typically taught in school such as math and science, however, she struggles with retaining the information. She is a patient person and can binder her time if she wants to but it can be hard.
She is unafraid to steal from people and gets a thrill in it. She is harsh and unfriendly, and prefers being alone and for the most part finds people distrustful and suspicious, and would rather not engage in conversation with them. She likes to be active and hates waiting around and sitting and relaxing, thinking it all a waste of her time. She hates dressing up and dancing. It takes a very long time to earn Cobie’s trust.
Deep down, she’s kind of insecure, however, and yet also temperamental, stubborn, prideful, and kind of has an ego. She finds herself in her sisters shadow and hates her for it

History: Cobie was born to Marissa Hayden and her husband, two years after the birth of her older sister, Caledonia. Right after Cobie was born, her dad left the family, but Cobie doesn't know this because of her mother's refusal to talk about it. But unlike her older sister she doesn't care about it as much, thinking more along the lines of "whatever happened happened".
Like her sister, her mom taught her how to defend herself early on, but she was always told to be better and to keep trying, to be as good as her sister was, frustrating Cobie. Caledonia would help her, however, but would sometimes lose patience with her, which frustrated Cobie since the latter was better at patience.
Her mother worked in espionage already, once upon a time, but she had been arrested on a mission gone wrong and when she was finally released from prison before she had her daughter's, the family was in poverty. As a result, the three of them worked for a wealthy family for the sake of the access to things they could steal and also because Marissa thought it would be a good environment to work in. It wasn't, and turns out it was absolutely horrific.
The family would beat and abuse Caledonia and Cobie for the slightest misstep, even when they were little, and Cobie started working for them when she was six and Cal was eight. At one point she became friends with the family's young son, but when the family found out they forbid them from meeting ever again as friends and threatened the Haydens' jobs.
Even angrier now, Marissa began instructing her girls to steal from the family, and Caledonia became terribly good at it, sneaky and innocent seeming, trained well by her mother. She did it to get by and because it did thrill her a little. Cobie also did it, but she'd take things just to take them, too, and cause problems like spilling water so the family would slip and break an ankle.
One day, at age ten, after a bad beating from the family, Cobie set their drapes on fire and almost burned the whole house down, and the family was fired for this after they found out who it was. They almost lost their apartment but stayed alive through theft.
Now, Marissa and Caledonia began to thieve expertly, and Cobie was aware when her sister applied and got into the Academy. At first she was in awe of her, but Cobie all these years had never been as good at theft as Cal and believed she was a disappointment to her mom no matter how hard she tried. Her thefts were more clumsy than her sisters and she had always felt compared to her. Plus her mom was pissed because Cobie got them fired, as they'd had a good opportunity to take small pieces of jewelry and food and sell or eat it.
So during Caledonia's first two years at the Academy, Cobie trained harder to get in, and eventually she became better and was excited to become a master thief, so she applied and was accepted when she was thirteen... but her dreams were crushed. Caledonia had been a star pupil of her year, and Cobie's jealousy grew. The expectations on her were huge because of her sister, and all anyone could remember her by was "Caledonia's little sister". The two sisters have a deteriorating relationship now, and Cobie wouldn't mind if her sister died on a mission or was killed. Honestly she's thought about doing it herself to get everyone to shut up about her.
Everyone sees Cobie as too vicious and unfriendly, and it's true, she kind of is. Worse than her sister, Cobie couldn't care less if she killed someone, even though she often thinks things through even if what she does isn't a moral option. Rest assured she still thought about it.

Although he loves changing his appearance, Peter kept his hair long for a while before deciding that this was his best look for him. He dyed it a warm, honey blonde and generally has ribbons of all sorts of colors tied in the back. He enjoys playing around with other accessories like string and beads to decorate his hair. He has such a boyish face that it's hard to determine his actual age. Some people believe him to be sixteen or so. With the help of chunky boots, Peter stands at 5'7'.

If you scare Peter, expect a shriek like a dolphin and a slap in the face. He'd then make it out as though you were the one who punched him and he was only acting in self defense.
He's a clumsy child, mostly because he doesn't watch where he's going. Once he has that train of thought, he knows he's going to lose it soon so might as well ignore the world and trudge on through.
Being overdramatic is just in his nature. It often overwhelms his mother how he kept the crying toddler mentality throughout his life. The overblown outbursts, crying over a stubbed toe, or when his sister would pester him, he'd come to mommy. Even though he is a bit childish, he has a child-like wonder for the world. He's very much an ignorant adult with the mentality of a six year old.
He often gets shy when having to come out about his feelings. Whether it be loving his mother and sister or other people who put up with him. It's difficult for him to find the right words since loving someone isn't exactly the easiest thing to explain.

In the Rosecrans family, it mainly consisted of Peter, his mother, and his little sister Marie. When Peter was a small child, he just thought his mother wanted children and BOOM, they appeared right before her eyes. But how that would explain the age gap? Marie definitely wasn't his age. She was too tiny. And if mother hated it when they broke the dishes, why not wish for them to be good children instead? Peter had quite the imagination as a child and a bit of it carried out throughout his life. His mother opened her own hat shop and when she needed help with an unusual flow of customers, she'd ask Peter to help out, promising another stuffed animal to his collection once they were done. How could a kid say no to another friend? Peter did the work well, as per his mother's instructions, and the customers would gush on how sweet he was for helping out his mother. As soon as the shop closed, the trio would go out shopping for Peter's animal. Peter was very particular. Even if there were many of the same animal, he looked over each one and determine which one was the fluffiest and the cutest. He'd even have conversations with them.
"Pick me, pick me!"
"No, choose me, not her!"
"Look into my eyes, you want to take me home."
After five hours of searching for the right one, Peter had finally chosen one and for the rest of the day, Peter would bury his face to its soft fur. Oh, but he shouldn't refer the stuffed animal as an "it" anymore. He gave each animal a name and for the fluffy red panda he would have to be... Pippers! He had Pippers for as long as he could remember. Even as a teenager, Peter had the head of his bed littered with every kind of stuffed animal imagined. They all had to be able to fit snuggly into his arms though. Which is why he would test each one with a big hug at the store. His sister actually encouraged him to grow up get rid of a few. He cried in their room for hours.
His mother's business was slowly fading away as the need for hats suddenly dwindled. Peter thought it would be time to really grow up by actually helping his mother with the income. So he stole. Poorly, but he still stole. He got caught numerous times with the sentence being longer and longer, seeing as though he wasn't even an adult yet. It broke his mother's heart to not be able to see her son for quite some time. When he was released for the third time, when he was thirteen, his mother handed him an application for thieves. If he was to help her, he might as well do it without getting caught.
For the next six years, Peter excelled in ALL of his classes. Of course he did. He wasn't fall behind, not one bit. That's what he'd want to tell mother but despite doing his best, Peter struggled with his classes. He just didn't have the heart for being a thief. Sure, by the time he was a third year he could finally swipe a wallet without the dummies yelling and screaming, but that wasn't much. Peter was a pathetic student and an even worse thief. It's a wonder he hasn't been expelled yet. Sure, he barley survived with the bare minimum, but Peter just once wanted his mother to proud with him bringing home amazing grades. After all, those would mean that perhaps he could could unnoticed as a pickpocket or robber. When he would practice into the real world, the victim's hand would always go for his wrist and pull him down. But thanks to his fighting classes, Peter knocked the woman out and ran with her purse, blonde hair flying in the hair as he kept looking back. Oh and of course he'd be screaming hysterically all the way down the street. Almost as though he was the one being robbed.
