SOLVED. Fiction picture book with dog in business suit

I saw this book at my library but can't remember the title or author, but it was in the S section, so the author's last name must start with S. The cover was mostly grey and had a dog standing upright in a suit. He was in an office building and there were humans in suits as well. It might have been about working too hard or not enjoying life.
It looked like it was published within the last 10 years and was in English.
