Applejaxc | 1003 comments 1: What is the time period? What is the state of technology?
2: What/who can I play? (and am expected to play)

1. 2060- advanced tech. Holographic imaging, hover vehicles, ability to create weapons using computer. Materiializers....uhmmm, what else?

2. {insert name of liking}- Jacqueline's best friend. Helped her get into Empress building, but had to stay behind, due to her orders. Helps her regain memory little by little. Trains her to use powers to maximum efficiency. Is a Gifted himself. And a rebel. You can play Nathan Willows aka The Ager. Nathan is 18, and is escpecially interested in Jac and her friend becuz they both are the only ones who have ever gotten as far as they did in a infiltration. I can play Nathan Willows if you want. As for other character they will eventually surface, because i cant think of them right now.

Applejaxc | 1003 comments 1: Despite everyone dying at 35, society is pretty much still the same?

2: I'm fine playing more than one character, but this is your setting, meaning plot NPCs (like The Ager) should be yours.
I need to know what these "gifts" are before I can come up with a character concept.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

1. Pretty much

2. Alright. Ill just relist them uno second.

Applejaxc | 1003 comments If the "gifted" are middle class, that implies there's a lot of them. Are those powers universal? Mutually exclusive? Manifest in packages? How powerful are they vs normal person or vs other gifted? Does the royalty have some protection against them?

And plot twist opportunity: Someone convinces amnesiatic girl that the guy is secretly a powerful memory manipulator and is lying to her to achieve his own purposes...

*facepalm* now i know what i forgot. I was creating names for each class and i forgot Jac's class. okay gimme a second while i type this all out.

These powers are universal. The ones I that will be bolded are the ones that the Dechas aka Jac's kind have. Compared to a normal person...well...lets just say if they know how to properly use their powers properly the Regul class will initially become their puppets. Literally. The royalty does have protection. They live in a palace secured by security precautions that the Gifted and the Dechas have not yet figured out how to breach. and I like that plot twist... :)

Applejaxc | 1003 comments ...the addition of "laser vision" makes it sound too silly. And "Charm Speak" is a really cliche name; that's almost as generic as "Shadow walk". And if the gifted are capable of super speed, laser vision, can read minds, et cetera, how are they possibly, realistically not running the show already?
