I have read Truly Devious and I also think Stevie is the main character since we're following her throughout the story and watching her unveil the past. As far as I remember... Even about the past, we only know as much as Stevie knows. And we explore the world through her eyes...

Correctme if I'm wrong though, Sanjana, since it's been a long time since I read the book myself.
