YA novel with some romance where the main character sees a man in a mirror who tells him he has powers. He then has to find 6 more people with powers in order to fight a monster queen.

The main character finds out he has powers and he gets called behind the schoom by bullies. However he jukes them, including a girl names Camaro. He travels to various places including the lake of the lock ness monster where he also finds a castle, the red rock in australia, and it comes full circle back to the US, in San Fran. The girl camaro turns out to be the last person he has to find. In the end, the monster queen's daughter turns against her mother and helps the mc and co to defeat her.
