Request for my name to be added to Goodreads Database as an Author

Hi. I am one of the co-authors whose piece is included in the Anthology "Shades of a Woman" featured in Goodreads. I had earlier posted a query about this & Faith answered asking me to request addition of my name to your database of Goodread authors in this forum.

May I formally request you to include my name & inform me? I am still getting used to this website so please let me know if I need to do anything else from my end.
