It was this book about a boy who was really athletic and he was really active in his church and he met this girl and her little brother who was autistic and had epilepsy and he like becomes their friend and takes care of the brother with the girl and he and the girl fall in love and then the little boy dies while the older boys away on a church mission. he and the girl marry a couple of years later and they go to Disneyland on their honeymoon because the little boy had always wanted to go there. I read it like 5-7 years ago, but it was older than that. Set in the 80s or 90s? The cover is the main girl and she has huge eyebrows
