This is all I can remember about this book:

- Read it circa 2013
- Read it in Spanish but I'm sure it was originally in English
- There is at least 2 books on the series

- MC has a sister who is very talented at making something she can sell to the nobles (Maybe jewelry?)

[SPOILER (maybe?) - I think something happens at the start of the book that the sister is on an accident and her hands get injured so she can't continue making this things}


- MC also has at least one brother - I think the brother has to join the war

[SPOILER: I think at one point she thinks the brother is dead but then he comes back and he had joined the rebels?]

- MC's dad was disabled from his time at the war
- There is an ongoing war going on that is very gruesome
- Some people has magic (although I can't remember how the magic system works)
- I can't remember how - but the MC is infiltrated on the King/Ruler castle and she's getting trained on her powers

- There is a character (an old man?) in the castle that gives her information about the truth of the war and (a book?) with more clues?)
- She falls in love with the Prince/Ruler's son and he helps her with the revolution]
